Pros & cons about these organizers. First off the instructions were not precise about measuring before installation. The most frustrating part of the installation process is not being able to get correct measurements due to the way we had to lay down the drawer and it covers up the tracks where I would put the sticky tape. I looked at the 3 videos provided & not one of them showed how the installation was done. What took the most time was to figure this out and in the end we devised our own plan that happened to work for us. The good thing is they work good for what I need them for. I have very deep cupboards and would really have to bend down to see in the very back and the pull out organizer helps a lot with that. We put in 2 more after the first one & they all work good.

Loved that you could adjust this drawer to the size you needed. Because my space was not easy to attach screws to I just used the attached double sided sheets to secure it in place. Very useful for keeping my my kitchens electrical tools organized and is sturdy enough to support the weight.

Worked well in our pots and pans lower cupboard. We're an older couple and getting down that low to see the contents is sometimes an issue. The pull out shelves are a game changer.

This came with one of the sliders jammed. I had to use a hammer to get it loose but it seems to be working well so far. I haven't attached it to the cabinet yet and I can still pull it out and slide it back into the cabinet very easily.UPDATED: After I wrote this review the seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I declined the refund because I really like the product and even though I had to use a hammer to fix the jam the hammer did not harm the product and it works just fine. My favorite feature is that this slide out shelf is adjustable so you can use it in a wide variety of areas.
