This is an absolutely fantastic microwave, exactly what I was looking for to replace my previous 2.2 cubic foot microwave. Obviously it has plenty of space. It heats evenly and effortlessly. It looks clean and tidy, the stainless and black finish matches all of the other appliances. It has tons of features, that I probably won't use lol. And it is so silent that it's amazing. I routinely have to check and make sure that it's actually running because you legitimately cannot hear the thing from 5 ft away

We have used it for about two weeks now. It’s quiet and works well. The one touch start is a good feature as is add 30 seconds feature. With one touch you can start the oven with 30 seconds to 6 minutes. We has Panasonic Inverter ovens before, Sharp seems to have done a much better job than Panasonic.

perfect quiet our old sharp for 20 years worked well it just slowed down this new one is nice and fast also 10 pounds liter we did away with door lock we have no kids

I was torn on how many stars to give this microwave. When I received it, I was really excited. It looked nice and seemed to be very well made. It had everything I was looking for to replace my 25 year old plus microwave that finally died. We opened the door to insert the glass carousel and plugged it in. Ready to test it, we opened the door to place a mug of water in to heat it up. But when we went to open the door to get the mug out, the door wouldn't open. It seemed the spring inside the door opener must have broke. I had two older microwaves in the past that had a regular handle; this microwave had a "push in handle." So it was my first experience with this type of handle. Sadly, we had to return this microwave (with the mug still inside). On a bright note, I called Amazon to explain the problem since I was afraid the mug might break when returned and cause more damage to the microwave. But the Amazon customer service rep I talked to (after admitting this was this first time she had ever heard of this problem) was great. She asked if the mug was of any value (it wasn't) and simply told us to wrap the microwave in plastic to, hopefully, contain any water spillage. This was probably just a fluke. So I would probably recommend this microwave with an asterisk.

Very pleased with ours. The wife and I have tried half the features like cook on the potato setting and it has worked perfectly. It is also so quiet that if the bell doesnt ring when it is done cooking I wouldn't know that it has finished.

Very large microwave, which is what I wanted. I've been using it for a while now, and it's sturdy, reliable, and does the job. The top gets a little warm, so I can't leave anything melty like butter on top when I use it. Very happy with this purchase.
