Need Sleep, Need Vervain
I bought these having done some research into anxiety. Having tried a lot of other medicines I got really frustrated because nothing worked to relieve the symptoms. It was actually after watching Vampire Diaries that I wondered if Vervain was a real thing - and boom, found out all of its wonderful benefits.I only have one cup a day which works for me, lots of website recommend different volumes for different symptoms, so maybe research first.The tea is bitter but works well with honey and if you run out sugar works just as good. I leave the teabag in so it’s nice and strong when I drink it before bed. It really helps me to sleep and does help me relax. No idea about the other internal benefits as I’ve never had any tests done.

Great relaxing tea, acquired taste, prevents colds
I bought this so I wouldn't get coughs or colds as much... whenever I feel like I'm getting a cold now I just drink this and it stops whatever I have in its tracks. Highly recommend. It helps you relax and allows you to sleep better, taste could be better but it's drinkable. It tastes of grass, dry earth and moss if that makes sense but I don't mind the taste now, although it can be strong towards the end of the cup. DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED BY THE TASTE! This tea does wonders for so many things in your body, even as an antinflammatory, antibacterial drink and analgesic. Buy it!

Weedy but does the job!
This tea was recommended to me to help induce sleep. I drink it 1/2 hour before bedtime and it does calm and I get a good night's sleep. The taste is a bit 'weedy' - that is the only way I can describe it. I know it doesn't work for everyone but its work a try. You can brew it with another tea to tone tone the taste. Good luck!

Nice light fresh Verbena tea
A cup of this an hour before bed is just the ticket to help relax me. I buy it regularly as I love the taste

Great tea to calm
I love this tea for a calming pre-bed drink. The taste is delicious and it definately helps relax. If I run out I really miss it.Supplier incorrectly sent out the wrong tea but then rectified it quickly and made up for it by sending extra tea.Highly recommend the tea and the supplier
