Received this airwrap and was very excited to use it. Its fairly good but quality not great. There does not seem to be much difference in temperatures with the 3 settings. There is only one speed. I used the massaging brush to straighten/smooth my hair but the bristles quickly started to splay outwards and stayed that way. Sent back for a full refund due the the brush head.

I bought as I have short hair and thought it would be easier to get some wavy curls but no. The curler is rubbish, it takes me half a day to get my hair done and I have thin hair, the brush doesn’t suck but blows. I didn’t even tried the rest as I returned. Not for me though

Easy to assemble, dries hair quickly, provides nice bounce and curl.Addendum. Whilst drying my hair there was a strong smell of burning. I looked to see flames coming from the back of the dryer. The dryer had died in dramatic and scary fashion. I promptly threw it in the bin. As I had only owned the dryer for a matter of weeks, you may well imagine that my view of this product has plummeted to ZERO. Sorry guys I don't like leaving negative remarks, but flames? with no apparent cause is not good. So for me, a total waste of money, I bought a Treseme dryer that does the job. To be fair I didn't contact the manufacturer, I am housebound so I am not able to return products without huge difficulty, so I don't know what their response would've been.

I mainly bought this for the air curler features, it does create beautiful curls, but they only last a couple of hours before dropping out. In comparison if I curl my hair with irons it lasts for 2-3 days. The hairdryer function is not very powerful and it takes a long time to dry long thick hair. When using the brushes, the air blows in the wrong direction and creates more frizz than a standard brush would. Overall I’m disappointed with the product.
