Didn't work good at all didn't keep a charge the leafs got stuck

This leaf blower came disassembled in a bunch of pieces in a relatively small box, some pieces were loose in the box and rattling which I don’t like since that can cause scratching and damage to the pieces in the box but luckily mine was intact and working fine. Assembly of the blower took about 20 minutes it’s not hard but you do need a screw driver that is not included. The leaf blower is larger than expected I feel like the stem is longer than it needs to be which makes it bulkier than it needs to be, shortening the stem would be good and make it more maneuverable and better for storage. Note that it does come with two batteries but they both need to be installed for operation so it isn’t a backup, they are two 20V batteries in series to make a 40V battery to the blower.The build of the leaf blower is good it feels sturdy and the bag attaches well and easy, it should hold about a few gallons of leaves. The power switch, speed control, and reverse switch all work well and are easy to actuate. There are no leaves right now so I was only able to test it on snow so far and it does have a decent amount of power, the battery only lasted about an hour though I wish it did last more because this might not be enough to finish the job, but this was in the cold so it will probably perform better in warm fall weather. The suction works well too it could be more powerful though.Overall this is an excellent and powerful blower for the price it is really convenient and well built just a little bulky and wish the battery lasted longer, I would recommend it.

This leaf vacuum was easy to set up, but it was awkward to use and very heavy for this little old lady with back issues. It comes with two batteries which both have to be attached to the unit. It does pick up leaves and munch them into confetti, but it is VERY VERY SLOW. It took 10 minutes to do a tiny patch that did not nearly fill up the bag. If you are young and strong and have a lot of time, it will probably work for you. I am sending mine back and hiring a human again.

This machine does the job and after service is great. We had an issue with one of the 2 batteries that were included. The defected item was replaced promptly, at no cost, without any issues. We only wish battery life would be longer. The machine runs 15 to 20 minutes on a full charge. A bit too short for our rather large garden.

The media could not be loaded. Was fairly easy to assemble and figure out how to work, which is good because the pictures in the instruction manual were so dark it was hard to see what they were indicating. It worked to blow a few small leaves and other debris though it doesn’t seem very powerful. The sucking feature was nice for picking up stuff though I had to get it neatly perpendicular to the ground before it sucked anything up. Is lightweight enough my 9 year old could push it around. Should work good for grass trimmings come summer which is what I purchased it for.Edit: After using this a few times for lawn clippings, I've downgraded my rating. It's not very good at blowing except very dry grass and I have to put it all the way to the ground to suck up anything. Also the battery dies pretty quickly. It's ok, but not great.

When it works, it works great - however, we've only used the product 6 times and now less than a year later one battery will not charge. There is no way to contact the company for product support.Let the buyer beware!

I actually am quite impressed with the blower power and suction of this unit. Its a 2 in 1 unit that makes life much easier. Round up all the leaves and then vacuum it up and empty the bin straight into the bag. It comes with 2 batteries which are used together for 40V. I do with it comes with another pair of batteries to use when they run out in the middle on cleaning up. I have a fairly large yard and I usually have multiple batteries for my current blower. Build quality seems pretty good being mostly all plastic like any other blower. Does the job and good value for.

After about 30 minutes of use, the wheel assembly broke off. Also, with damp leaves, the intake port clogged fairly quickly. Medium sized mulch repeatedly got jammed in the rotor mechanism and had to be manually removed.
