Can't go wrong with CHI products. They last and last and last. Only thing I wish it had was adjustable heat settings. I have to be careful with my fine hair that I don't scorch it because it gets very, very hot and there's no variable heat settings - just an on/off switch.

It is good stuff. Easy to use and not much waiting time to heat up. But it might take around 2 mins to cool down a bit. If you are in a rush to leave, better to give yourself more time to cool down.

This chi is Just ok. I bought during prime days and got for 50.00 instead of 100.00. I was trying not to spend a tremendous amount since I bought 2. It does not heat up enough so it doesn't straighten enough. For 100.00 I am very disappointed. I have bought at least 3 other chi's and stayed with chi since I thought quality in past was great. I'm not convinced for my next one.
