The bands are great! I used them to help with pull ups. Like that the is a variety.

I had always wanted to try the "pull-up" style resistance bands, so when it was time to upgrade over my tubular style bands, I thought I'd give these a try. The good news is that these are quite thick and feel like a strong durable rubber. Even the lighter weight bands, like the red one pictured, feels very solid. I've used it a few times now and do not get the sense that this thing is going to snap. On the flipside, as others have eluded to, because of the red and yellow bands being thinner across, they do hurt a bit in the hand when you are using them. There isn't a lot of area to hold and it takes some getting used to. I suppose you can get a handle or just wear a glove, which is what I might do. The door anchor it comes with has a big foam roller at the end, but that doesn't feel overly strong. I imagine itll stay secure because of its size, but it seems like something that can wear over time. It also doesn't fit in the long part of the door near the hinge, so you have to put it on the bottom, top or open part. These also seem to offer more resistance then my previous bands. The green one seems to be great for squats and lunges, as its extremely heavy.

I really liked this product. The resistance bands feel durable and the materials look high quality. They work great for my workouts, and I would definitely buy more in the future.

Not like the last brand that I had that was made of latex. This one smells similar to new car tires. Though no wear marks and seem to perform the desired job. No complaints for now.

Sturdy bands with various weights. A+

There is a lot to like about this set of bands. The resistance actually gets up into the high ranges, which is oddly not so common. The actual bands are labeled with their resistance range, which again is weirdly not a standard feature in the market category. The whole kit is neatly contained in a storage bag it comes in. And the colors are good, subjectively. I personally don't trust the door strap thing just based on how much force is acting upon it and the door itself when making use of the higher resistance levels. I have not had any issues with it, I just don't use it so I can't speak to that. Get 2 sets of these and a little rolling dolly like from P.E. class, a plant stand with wheels, or a trash can dolly, and you have yourself a bootleg DIY rowing machine.

My husband bought this set for himself and it works great. He loves the door jam accessory that stops the bands from popping back at you. My father saw him using them, tried them and really enjoyed them, he’s elderly with Parkinson’s disease and they have been a great exercise tool for him!
