Not For Everyone
It may be useful for occasional digestive support, but the effect and taste may not suit everyone. It is best used carefully and only when this type of tea is truly needed.

I have had issues going to the bathroom since I was a little girl, dealing with horrible stomach aches because of it & very uncomfortable. Couple weeks ago I was talking to a friend of mine at work and we were talking about our tummy issues and the next day she brought me in this tea. Let's just say she brought me five bags and they are now gone and I bought my own box. This is 100% the best stuff I've ever taken and one of the only things that actually works for me. The other that works is in the glass jar that's clear and it's a drink and it's real Sour and I forgot what it's called but this tea is very very gentle on your stomach. My stomach aches are so much less now and I just have a little cup of this tea every other day or so and if you're really bad and can't go it could work rather quickly but normally if you take it at night when you go to bed usually in the morning you will go or it's possible it could wake you up during the night, but once you go that's it. I will probably be buying this tea for the rest of my life. No joke it is so easy on the stomach and does not taste too bad either. I highly recommend it to people that are just consistently having issues with going to the bathroom.

Si eres muy sensible a la hierba senna no lo dejes 15 minutos como indica, déjalo un poco menos. El sabor es muy agradable y los resultados increíbles.

This works!
Amazing! I began taking Zepbound (GLP-1) a month ago which seriously slows down digestion. I very quickly got backed up. I hate taking laxatives. A friend recommended this. It is so gentle. Simply drink a cup of the tea after dinner & voila the next morning you will “go” smoothly! Not diarrhea, just regular! Tastes like licorice/chamomile. It works!
