Quality is not good, need to clean the product
When I opened the package, I noticed tiny particles mixed in with the amaranth grains. These particles were small and hard to separate from the main product. As a result, I had to spend a considerable amount of time meticulously sorting through the amaranth to remove these granules before cooking it. This was a frustrating and time-consuming process, especially when compared to other brands of amaranth I have used in the past.Additionally, even after going through the laborious cleaning process, I still found some small granules in the cooked amaranth. This affected the overall texture and mouthfeel of the dish, making it less enjoyable to eat. It was quite disappointing to have to deal with these unwanted bits, as they detracted from the otherwise healthy and nutritious qualities of amaranth.Sorry to say, but the company Earth root is the best for Amaranth. It doesn’t matter that their price is high.The quality of the product is excellent.
