Great product ..

Only had this 2 days but have tested it on a pair of curtains that were creased. The water tank is small however it was enough to do the curtains, plus it heated up really quick so no issue if had of needed to refill. The cord is really long which is useful. The steam worked well. I bought to replace a Tefal one that just stopped working. Steaming is much quicker and handier than getting the iron out. Only negative with this is it doesn’t stand up / have a stand, so when I’d finished and it needed to cool down I ended up lying it on a towel. This could be a problem if you need to pause and refill or get another garment out - prepare something to lay it on.

After reading so many negative reviews, I had concerns about this product, however, I decided to trust the brand. When it arrives, the packaging and everything means it is a new item. But it has one drop of water in the water tank, I was afraid this might be a used product as other reviews mentioned. Then I noticed a sticker says it has been tested with water in the factory. Other than this, everything else indicates this is indeed a brand new product. It is quite handy and does the job. The only drawback is that the water tank is small and it only steams 2 shirts per tank; or 1 shirt if you steam very throughly. This is indeed a very good and useful product and I believe it deserves a 5 star rating.

Tiny water tank had to refill just to steam a T-shirt.

This looks smart and good quality and it is. The first thing I thought when I switched this on and tried it was 'Hey, this is great, it works so well, it's so easy! Oh, it needs filling with water again.' And that's how it went on. This needs filling with water between EVERY garment. I mean one water tank full did one shirt. That's all. It's pretty frustrating having to take the tank off and fill it between every item in a load. If you have a lot of ironing to do I suggest sticking with a normal iron. If on the other hand you want one item quickly freshened up and straightened then it's great. It's expensive for just that though to be honest. One other issue was when I used it how I planned to, with my clothes on a hanger hanging on a door, I found it quite heavy. After I had done three shirts and a pair of shorts (yes, back and forth to the kitchen tap four times) my arm really was aching from holding it up. This is a handy gadget to use once in a while if you need a fast iron of one or two items. It's not to rely on to do a lot of ironing or thick, heavy garments though I think.

Bought as a prezzie, but had the chance to try it out for a few minutes and was quietly impressed. It is a large piece of kit but it heats quickly to working temperature and appears to generate a sufficient amount of steam to deal with some unwanted creases in curtains without steaming the place up like some sort of dry ice machine. I found it satisfying to use and reckon it would be good for refreshing jackets, trousers and lightly worn shirts or packed shirts so they are fit for further duty. I look forward to trying it our some more on my next visit to the recipient who was happy to receive the gift.

ممتازة جدا ما شاء الله 👍رغم صغر حجمها وقلة كمية الماء فيها بسبب صغر حجم خزان المياه فيها إلا ان فعاليتها في كوي الملابس ممتازه جدا و سريعه ومريحة في الاستخدام ، المهم يتم استخدامها بالشكل الصحيح كما هو مكتوب في دليل المستخدم المرفق معها 👍

الكواية ممتازة حجمها مو صغير طول ذراعي تقريباً البخار قوي ويكوي سريع ، معها فرشاه وقفاز كيس الموية سعتها قليلة يادوبك قميص واحد واشوف انه يناسبني اللي تطفش من كثر اعادة التعبئة ماتصلح لها العيب الوحيد اللي يقهرني ان لازم نقعد ضاغطين زر اطلاق البخار اثناء عملية الكوي يعني تكوين وانتي ضاغطة عليه

When I do ironing,some kind of coloring coming out and spoiling my dress so I have to wash again my dress . Even water is coming out from the ironing area and you have to fill the water 3 to 4 time for 1 shirt So this is worst product
