I'm very satisfied with my purchase! Packaging was decent enough. Snails came in a plastic bag of water, double bagged. Bag was in a small box. Ordered a pack of five and all snails were alive. They're very tiny, which I like. I love watching my pets grow. The snails are healthy and very active. I enjoyed my first online purchase of live animals and will do it again seeing as my local pet stores are always out of stock of everything and have no variety.

I was so disappointed when I received my snails. They were microscopic and barely seeable to the eye, they need to tell people that they are not even remotely close to the size of the pictures. They were so small that my goldfish ate them and I wasted $23 on them never again will I order from this company.

Well packaged, had a floater in it but after a while out of the box they started to react to the lights in my room. Gave me 6, Very tiny snails, hopefully they’ll grow a bit and enjoy my snail n live plant habitat i got them for. Love the aquatic plants n now with these guys added they both will be happier. No predators just a community of hippies in the underwater trees. Im very happy with my order.

My snails came packaged well and arrived fast. There were five snails. Two small and three very very tiny. The two small ones went right to work and are all over the tank, seem healthy enough. The three small ones were all dead, I put them in my tank just to make sure but it has been a couple of weeks not moving. What causes them to have white shells? The snail body is red but the shells are white. Are they lacking something in their diet? They came this way and I assumed they would turn red but haven't. I probably wont buy again since only two have survived so far.

I bought 5 ramshorn snails.. It was delivered on oct. 23. So have had them for almost 3 weeks. It came in a small container (sample cup) and 6 arrived. One was dead.. Which is ok. I put them in the tank, and right away started moving and laying clutches of eggs. And now I have baby PINK ramshorn snails. They are all still alive and doing great so I couldnt be more pleased. I wasnt fully satisfied about how they came in. I would suggest a moist paper towel wrapped up in a small container. Instead, of the snails being kept in small nasty water.. But non the less it arrived slightly early. So I'm happy! Pictures are there of the snails and the babies and of how the adults came in.

Never have had problems ordering plants through various sellers, so I decided to get some ramshorn snails figuring they should be ok. Order was placed 2 weeks ago, and was lost by postal service. They showed up today and I was hesitant to even open the box. They had been around the Florida heat for a lot of their journey. Within a minute of putting them in a quarantine cup for observation and acclimation, all 6 were alive and well thanks to how well they were packed. They have been split amongst two different tanks and went right to work, they were hungry! Cudos to aquatic discounts for their great stock, which despite the post office losing them, arrived healthy and ready to eat with no blemishes or problems at all. Mixed sizes one 1" and a the smallest was about 1/3" the rest are between, so a good mix too. Will add photos after they have some time to acclimate and color up.

Every time I order live items for my aquarium online I always get babies that are not established yet. These companies should send out larger juveniles to greatly reduce the mortality rate. It's typical retail greed as far as I'm concerned in the industry. The red ramshorn snails were very tiny.

Received my order quickly. Everything was as described color is excellent. They are larger than I expected. Most are about 3/8” in diameter. I removed moist paper towels and added som tank water to them. All are alive and active. 😁👍🏻 So I’m adding this after I already gave 5 stars. I just added the snails to my tank and realized there were 6 so the sent an extra all looking great. Even better thanks so much.
