Great support for recovery from a c-section. Really helped to improve my posture. The band is good quality and easy to adjust to fit just how you want it. The belly band certainly helped to flush out water retention around my belly. Easy to wear whilst doing other things around the home.

Great Support for Postpartum Recovery!I bought this postpartum belly belt after my C-section, and it has been a lifesaver! Fabulous. I’m 65 and have just had a total hysterectomy. Nowadays, as long as you’re fit enough, you have this big operation in the morning, laparoscopically, and then they send you home in the evening!!! So you have to be super-prepared.This “belly binder” was fabulous for when I eventually got home. I put it on and slept in it and kept it on for the first two days. Since then, i haven’t needed it but will pass it on as it’s so useful.I ordered a medium - I’m not overweight but a standard size 14 however, I do have a protruding belly and this still fitted well. The only thing I would say is that no instructions are provided so you’re not exactly sure which way round to fit it!!! There is a curved section at the back - does it go at the bottom or the top??! - it’s not clear, but it fits both ways so maybe try both to see which is more comfortable for you! There are two largish pieces that come out on one side and have very strong Velcro to hold it all in place and finally a wide elasticated piece that gives a finer, more precise fit (you want it quite firm) that wraps over both and again has strong Velcro to attach. It’s relatively cheap and I would say, wellWorth it for early days of lower abdominal surgery (I wouldn’t bother for gallstone op) and def for ladies having a C-section. It’s more comfortable than you would imagine wearing this type of garment but you feel really supported when it’s on.

Initially very happy with this product, found it comfortable and supportive but after only 10 days the velcro is already failing.Not very happy as I don't think it's a cheap item.

Just starting to use the belt. It’s easy to use and firm. It stretches round my waistline perfectly and supports my back firmly. Very functional PPT belt.
