I was excited to learn that this product also contains an essential supplement for brain health. Not only does this product contain alpha lipoic acid, but it also contains 525 mg of acetyl L-Carnitine HCL. With my history of advanced Lyme disease and co-infections, acetyl L-Carnitine is critical in helping me to recover and maintain good brain health. Lyme infections significantly impacted my brain function. For instance, I noticed that acetyl L-Carnitine helps with my chronic brain fog. So not only do I have metabolic support in one capsule, I also have brain support. I am noticing that I am reading again and I am doing it with less difficulty. I miss reading a lot. And, of course, there is the added bonus of having two supplements combined in one capsule. It's one less pill I have to swallow and one less product I have to buy. I am a happy customer.

My head is clearer these days. You can never be sure with supplements though.
