Great Product & Phenomenal Customer Service
We purchased both the system as well as an additional collar to contain two large Pyrenees dogs on a large calf operation that is next to a busy road. The system and GPS fence has worked really well for our needs. The puppies/dogs are a bit rowdy and with lots of play and swimming in the pond on the property the collars have held up really well (surprisingly!). I am not extremely tech savvy, so it took me a bit to really learn how to use the system, set up the GPS fence, etc. however once learned it was quite easy to operate. The manual that the system comes with is helpful and was used quite a bit in the beginning. I recently experienced an issue with one collar not acquiring a GPS signal (after 8 months of rough puppy/dog life) and the tech support I experienced for the company was amazing. They issued a full replacement with no hassle. (but be sure to keep a copy of your receipt that proves you bought the item with "Condition: new". I strongly recommend this for anyone looking to contain your dogs to a small or large property.

Donโt buy.
These collars are awful. They donโt hold a charge. And hardly work.

Worked great for me.
Read all the reviews before I got this and was hoping the positives were more correct than the negatives. So far, they are. I did get a collar with a more robust antenna than in the picture and it has survived dog rough housing/play as well as diving through fences. I think most of the negative reports are because people did not read the instructions as well as follow them, and did not spend some time thinking about setting up the center point of the boundary area for the fence. I picked a center point and then walked out to where I wanted the boundary and when it wasn't what I wanted I re-did it. Yes, a circle is not how we think, and I also think this is much better for larger areas. I like how I can turn off the fence but still have the collar on to work my dog allowing her to leave the area without punishment, then turn it back on so I can find her rough whereabouts. I am using on a cattle ranch on my cattle dog so that gives you an idea of the area I am working with.

Not an exact border like invisible fence
Our dog can now be contained on 10 acres. It was difficult to set the exterior flags as the gps signal wasnโt consistant. It is give or take 3 yards or so. Our dog is an exceptionally fast and powerful animal so the lag is not ideal. Range is good. Battey charge is good. Just plug them in at night. Set up was mostly intuitive and manual was easy to follow. It could be easier to sync the collar with monitor. Sometimes I see the paw sign (the paw represents the collar location when activated) on the monitor but the monitor doesnโt detect the collar? Overall, Iโm happy to have this type of system as an option for my dog. I like that you can set a buffer zone/warning zone and choose either vibrate, nick, or beep before he crosses the โlineโ. I also like that, theoretically, the collar will shock for a designated distance past the line but only for a limited period of time and that he will not get shocked again when coming home. We have flat land with one house and one barn.

Well worth the money
We purchased this system almost 4 years ago. We love the system and the batteries are just now starting to weaken. We live in the country with plenty of hills and trees. We set the distance at 120 yards which is as far as the dogs can go without getting on the county road. We have never used the shock feature and the dogs respect the vibration setting. So, the system is durable and the batteries are good for years. They advertise the batteries to stay charged for 12 hours but it's actually longer than that.

Happily surprised at first, but then disappointed, as with everything in life :)
UPDATE: If you read my initial post, we were very pleased with this system in the beginning. It really did help us keep our dogs contained. We live on a 400 acre farm, and the dogs were running off during hunting season, getting too close to porcupines, etc. For several months, this stopped al of that from happening, which was awesome. Then things started going wrong. First, the antenna sort of fell apart on the handset. Everything seemed to still work fine without it, so that wasnโt a huge deal. Then one of the โprongsโ fell off of the add-on collar we had purchased, so we couldnโt technically shock the dog anymore. Luckily by that point all we had to do was put the collar on and he was trained to think that he could get shocked, so he still wasnโt running off. Then, when we had the system for about 11 months, the handheld unit just stopped turning on. We did contact the company about getting things replaced, but they basically said we had to mail in the various items that werenโt working and they MIGHT fix them and return them back to us. This was super inconvenient seeing as we needed some sort of working โfenceโ, and if we sent in the various parts, we would need something else to take its place until we got it back. So long story short, we had to get a different fencing system anyway. So after one year, we were out about $1,000 for everything and the dogs still run off when they get the chance. One other complaint- The few times the dogs ran off while the system was fully functional, once they got out a certain distance, the GPS couldnโt track them, so we had no idea where they were, which way then ran, or when they were coming back towards the house. That was frustrating. INITIAL POST: I was skeptical at first and concerned about spending so much money on something with not a lot of great reviews, but this has been a life changer for us and our fur children. We are very pleased with it thus far. (We have been using it approx. 2-3 months now.)

poor antenna design and high price
Overall the collar works. I stopped using the GPS containment as the containment circle tended to float too much and it caused too many issues to be trusted. My main issue is the durability of the antennas. i had to replace the antennas on both the collar and the transmitter. the transmitter antenna is very long and breaks easily. the collar antenna lead wire broke where the collar meets the receiver. the webbed collar has also frayed at the adjustment holes making it a bit difficult to adjust correctly. customer service is nice to work with but the antennas are only warranted for 30 days. i would not recommend to anyone due to the high cost and durability issues

Great system! We like everything about it.
Love it! Works great! We use it daily to keep our large dog home, and love that we can take him anywhere and set a fence to suit each space.

Poor quality, not recommended
I do not recommend this product. Our dog ripped the antenna off within the first 6mths of use. Collar had to be shipped back to Texas for repair at our expense (from Canada) of about 150.00. Now at about the year and a half mark the collar is completely dead and the system is useless. For the price I would look at something different.

Easy and effective
We really like the fact the center radius can be set up anywhere on the property. This has been very effective for containing our German Shepherd.

Expected higher quality equipment for the price
Purchased the system and an add on collar. Works as advertised. Very impressed for the first 8 months, then various malfunctions started to occur in each of the collars and handheld. Sent it all back to Texas after about 11 months, the repairs were covered under warranty, shipping cost at my expense about $150 and about 4 weeks without equipment. 3 months later we have a collar that is completely dead and needs to go back again. For the cost, I expected the quality of the equipment to be of a much higher standard, both collars are showing lots of wear. Collars are used daily and brought in to charge overnight, use radius from 20 meters to 400 meters with great success.

Used junk
It said it was new in the description. Got it and itโs old and well used. Now they wonโt reply to my emails.
