It is a unique, semi-solid paste containing Ultra fine pure PTFE particles, which crush to fill voids of threads thereby preventing the bypass of liquids and gases. NASP SILIKONPASTE N. D. P. seals joints exposed to gasoline, kerosene, LP gases, oils, refrigerants, solvents, caustic, acids, water, gas, steam and air. NASP SILIKONPASTE N. D. P lubricates threads for a quick and easy assembly and disassembly. It prevents galling and corrosion. Will not tear or shred like tapes. Unlike with tread-sealing tapes, the size of length of the thread is not a limiting factor. Even fine thread in instrumentation systems are sealed effectively over the entire thread length.
