Loved the price and features thought controller did not but sell was very fast to respond and pointed out the on switch is on the side and slides than you again have not had a lot of time to test but it flies great and auto return works real well would recommend a better phone then my LG thin Q as I loose video feed at about 300-350 feet at about 80-90 foot Alt and phone only connects to app if in airplane mode which is only bad if you are in restricted air space and need clearance to fly love the obstacle avoidance and headless mode but both take some getting used too and 12-14 minutes battery but that may very if recording like I do all the time don't know over all great product thank you

Update: Good all around drone. As you gain Exp you'll find you don't need obstacle avoidance, but flying a drone with GPS is super easy compared to one of those beginner drones without. Great bang for the buck, but there are no accessories for lenses., I've been getting into some modding with this one and it's fun.______Owned the drone since the beginning of the month. No issues until today when it STOPPED RESPONDING altogether while in flight. It suddenly shot straight up in the air for 20+ meters without responding to the remote or phone. The drone slowed down... peaked... then dropped like a stone still unresponsive. It landed really hard on a dirt road. It hasn't flown the same since and the gimbal won't stay straight. And to be honest, I'm afraid to fly it.Emailed X-Toys customer service via Amazon, they asked for my phone... didn't give theirs. No response since. It's been a week. To me, that's a no-show. It should be a deal breaker for you.I researched every drone in the from $400 down and this drone beat them all. It also surpassed my expectations for someone getting into it for fun and photography.However, the feeling you get when your beloved SG906 MAX flies to the moon then crashes to earth before your very eyes. The feeling you get when $300 just flies away and nothing you do can stop it. They did send me an email but it was not helpful. STILL, I love the drone. Got a new replacement and that's what I'm rating. Took 1 star off because some of the features on the remote are a little confusing. Bought this Drone to utilize for my Home Inspection Business. Ran a few practice runs to see how it performs and it performed beyond my expectations. This is not really a recreational drone and it does require Registration and a FAA License to fly legally, will in the state of California anyways.

Drone seems to be good design and easy to learn to set up and fly but has one major flaw that’ll cost you dearly. Drone is equipped with a low battery feature that try’s to return drone to safe distance to take off area. Problem is it takes all control from you till it reaches that area. My first drone landed itself 25 feet from where it was supposed to and ended up right in a river. My second drone smacked a pine tree in the middle of this low battery return mode 30 feet in the air and was in pieces when it hit the ground. These drones fly well but are equipped with bad software.

I received this a little over a week ago. I calibrated it and flew it several times with both the RC and the app. This is my second drone with the first being a DJI Phantom IV that I still have. I just wanted something smaller to carry with me on short trips more easily. I took it out today to fly it in a park adjacent to a restaurant where I had dinner. The first flight was short. I didn't attach the obstacle avoidance and it never left my sight. I then attached the OSS and flew it from the app. Both the drone and the RC were still fully charged. It took off and I flew it up and out away from me. The second i was about to lose sight of it I ended entered the return home command. The camera on the app went blank and the RC showed the battery on the drone was dead. It also showed that it had lost its WiFi connection and with a dead battery there was no way to establish connection or to see where it landed. The park where it took off was in a neighborhood of densely packed zero lot line homes. After walking around there a bit I quickly realized that I'd just watched nearly $400 disappear from sight never to be seen again. The battery was fully charged and my first flight was less than 3 minutes long. The second flight shows in the log to have lasted11 minutes so there should've been ample charge left. Besides, it's supposed to come back when and if the battery gets so low that it wouldn't make it home otherwise. Very disappointed and glad this dish my happen with a $1200 DJI Mavik. Something tells me it just wouldn't have occurred with that drone anyway.

(1) This is the first drone in my life. I love this drone because easy to operate but I want to more detailed manual with a Youtube movie.(2) I have a small problem with a small part, but the customer support team response really fast and fully support me. I wish them success in their business.(3) Time to time, my operation better than before, I love this drone.Conclusion: I recommend this product and their products totally. I will order again when they have good products.

I lost it on the third flight, went on its own. I couldn’t control it at all. Now it’s hung on a tree somewhere as for the last picture it took before battery went dead. lost it for good. What a waste of money. I’m so bummed out and heated that my blood is boiling.
