Okay, but not particularly bright
These neon bulbs are not as bright as tungsten filament photofloods, but they are bright enough for illuminating darker areas if another light is used as the key light. Good cheap replacement bulbs for old photo flood lamp holders. You need to wait a short while for these lights to achieve their maximum brightness.

OK bulbs.
These replaced some 35W ones... but are not as bright. I think 45W is a bit optimistic. Nonetheless, the color temp seems about right, which for me is the important thing.
