I’ve used this for a few weeks on my baby during a blocked nose and it’s been really effective without any fuss. Pros: Quality: Non‑medicated and preservative‑free saline formula (0.9% sodium chloride) that’s safe from birth and great for clearing congestion. Size: The 15 ml bottle is compact and portable – fits easily in a changing bag or medicine cabinet. Value for money: Priced around £4–£5 for 15 ml depending on retailer — good when you consider it’s suitable from birth and branded. Cons: Because it’s 15 ml, if you use it a lot during a long cold it may not last as long as a larger bottle. As with all saline sprays, it helps clear the nasal passages but does not treat underlying infections — you’ll still need to watch if symptoms persist. Conclusion: Highly recommended for parents looking for a safe, reliable and good‑value nasal spray for babies or toddlers. Ideal to have on hand for colds, allergies or congestion seasons. If you foresee very frequent use, you might want to keep a spare though.

Love this one because it’s just saline — no medication, no additives. Perfect for my whole‑food, low‑intervention approach. It clears little noses gently, especially when used alongside the humidifier. We keep one in the nappy bag and one at home.

When my little one has a blocked nose, it’s tough for everyone. Feeding becomes a challenge, naps are interrupted, and nights can feel endless. The Calpol Saline Nasal Spray has honestly been a lifesaver during those moments when nothing else seems to help. Using it is so straightforward, even when my baby is wriggling. The nozzle is soft and the spray is gentle, so it doesn’t cause any discomfort. I was relieved to see how quickly it worked—almost instantly, my baby could breathe more easily, which meant they could settle down for some much-needed rest. What I really appreciate is how safe and simple it is. Knowing it’s just saline makes me feel confident about using it regularly when needed, even on tiny noses. Plus, the small bottle is perfect for keeping in my bag, so I’m always prepared, whether we’re at home or out and about. This little spray has made a big difference during colds or stuffy moments. It’s become a must-have for us, and I can’t imagine getting through those congested days without it. If you’ve got a little one, I’d wholeheartedly recommend giving this a try—it’s such a reassuring tool to have on hand.

Very good for blocked nose

Makes sucking up blocked noses more comfortable, effective and quick for little noses. Only annoying thing is that sometimes the spray doesn't come out when pumped, I usually have to do a test spray before approaching baby's face. I've not tried any other nose sprays to be able to compare.
