I have used a lot of different pre-workout powders over the years. This is the one that works for me best. Mixes great and I have always been happy with the different flavors.

I’ve tried many preworkout products in my ~15 years of being in the weight room. I believe this one to be one of the best, if not the best, that I’ve ever tried. Pros: several hours of sustained energy, focus and drive and EASY TO DIGEST which is very important to me. It is a powerful product that makes you feel like you’re ready to give your all without any jitters or feeling like you’re about to overdose on caffeine. The caffeine is metered just right; I used exactly a leveled off serving that worked very well for me. Cons: no true negatives here aside from the fact the “1 scoop” serving is significantly larger than other concentrated servings; it just takes more water to mix well and the flavor is a little bitter and strong due to the sheer volume of the serving. It’s overall a very well balanced product that doesn’t upset my stomach and gives me a potent jump start to attack the weights. 5 stars from me!

I've been using bcaa+caffeine powder as a pre workout for years. I decided to try something with more stuff in it (namely b6, b12, niacin, and beta alanine), and went with this because of the reviews. It does what it says it does! I'm not used to beta alanine, so the first three times I used it, my scalp and arms were tingling and kind of itchy. By day four, I got accustomed to the drink. I drink it while getting ready for my morning run or workout. By the time I start hitting it, I am pumped the "F" up! No more yawning through the first 15 mins of a session. One downside is the taste. Coming from the bcaa+caffeine supplement, which tasted great, to this, took some getting used to. The pink lemonade was off putting, but not gross out/upalletable. I now mix with a big blender bottle (45 oz) of ice water and it tastes okay to me. The label recommend 12oz of water was straight nasty to me, but more water made it almost good/not bad. About to order the orange flavor. Maybe that'll taste better. All in all, this stuff gets my engine revving far more than caffeine alone. It also seems to keep the engine running at high rpms for longer than caffeine alone, which is helping me train longer before mental fatigue sets in. In other words, I now find myself saying "one more mile" or "one more set", instead of "i'm about done" and tapping out. Which is more than I expected.

This pre-workout is the cleanest I have ever tried. I have been trying all kinds of different pre-workouts for many years. Both stimulant and stimulant free. I really liked, and had been using Pre-Jym for a few months up to trying Pre-Kaged. I have always wanted to try Pre-Kaged but never did for whatever unknown reason. The Pre-Jym was out of stock so I decided to buy this in place of it. I am so glad I did, and wish I would have tried it sooner. For both my wife and I, this has great energy and focus without any jitters or anxiety whatsoever. This is the first for me. I always got some sort of anxiety with every one I have tried. I just gave up on trying to find one that didn't because I though, "if I'm taking a pre-workout with stimulants, I am going to have anxiety". I kept waiting for the anxiety or jitters with this, but neither have. This is the first one that didn't cause one or the other. With a look at the ingredients, they are all top quality and dosed correctly (for me). I did notice that Pre-Kaged uses organic caffeine from coffee beans while the many I have tried in the past were chemical caffeine. This may have made the difference, I can only guess. I have been using Pre-Kaged for a few months now and I love it. I got the grape at first, and for me, it taste like what I would imagine a grape dreamsicle would taste like. So it's a kind of creamy grape. It's pretty good. I then tried the fruit punch and I loved that. I'm staying with this flavor. Again, it kind of has that creamy flavor. It is excellent. Both my wife and myself love it. Overall, fully satisfied! I don't plan on trying anything else from here on out. I found the perfect Pre-workout for me. No need to search further, unless they change the formula. Give it a try.

I’ve been using Kaged Muscle PRE-KAGED Pre-Workout for a few weeks, and it’s definitely a game-changer! The energy boost is incredible, helping me power through intense workouts without the jitters or crash. I love how quickly it kicks in and keeps me focused throughout my session. The pump is also amazing—my muscles feel fuller, and I can tell I'm pushing harder than ever before. The formula is clean, with no artificial dyes or unnecessary fillers, which I really appreciate. The only downside I’ve noticed is that it can affect my sleep if I take it too late in the day. I’d recommend using it earlier in the day to avoid any sleep disruption. Overall, though, this product has made a noticeable difference in my performance, and I’ll definitely keep using it! Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid pre-workout with great energy and pump.

I am probably building a tolerance for pre-workouts in general and it's a good idea to stop taking them for a month every 2 to 3 months of use. But I thought 274mg of caffeine would hit me a bit stronger than what I felt. Either way, I still remember having a great workout session with it. Worth the money

It really gives a boost.its the best out there.

This preworkout was terrible, struggled to get one serving down. Worse tasting preworkout I have tried, will be sticking with my Gold Standard.
