Excellent value, accurate outputs as tested with a quality multimeter. Tried at various currents and voltages without issue. Simple interface, the selection beep is a little loud, but anyone with a bench PSU should know how to knock that volume level down if it bothers. As to quality of build, all seems well, but only time will tell.

The media could not be loaded.  A well designed DC switched power supply. I like the classic metal enclosure with plenty of air flow venrts on both sides and underneath. There is also a automatic fan for extra cooling at high current ratings.The power supply offers some very good features that will be invaluable for precission work, bench testing or lab supplies needing more accurate outouts. The features I like are accurate settings for voltage and current without having to put a load on the output.The current setting via the encoder is much better than shorting the output, as is the case with some other PSUs. I also like the ability to set the Volts & Amps cold, but isolating the output via the push button switch. This avoids and spurious outputs reaching the items on the outputThings I don't like ... Oh, yes. there is one huge issue. Every single increment of the encoder knob sounds a loud beep. Also every push of any button. This becomes infuriating when working and I have found no way to turn it off! WHy, why why??? No option to turn this off?. I can see perfectly well the screen display, so this serves no purpose except to annoy and create unnecessary noise.AS a quick and dirty power supply, this maybe cumbersome, as changing permaters takes much longer with the encoder than with a standard knob setting. However for more accutate and stabilised power outputs this PSU works brilliantly and will be an excellent choice for schools, labs and test bench work.

I bought a cheaper version a month ago from another manufacturer ( to be returned).Bought this one and love it.Nice to be able to change from volts to amps setting easily .Well made and works well.Recommended

My only gripe is the item I received is completely black not silver/grey as in the image. It makes reading the embossed legends on the various buttons hard to read unless in very good light.Otherwise a neat, small PSU which does what it should.

quality feel, robust and perfect for the job

From a relatively unknown brand, this DC power supply is surprisingly good, it's perhaps not quite what a professional would use, but it's certainly an excellent device for beginners and intermediate electronics hobbyists. The manufacturing quality is good, with a robust casing protecting the circuitry, positive feel push buttons and rotary adjustment, and a perfectly clear LED display. The addition of two fast charging USB ports is a great idea, adding even more versatility to an already practical, and very accurate adjustable power supply.

Really like this bench power supply unit. Main power button is on the front. Output on/off toggle is also on the front. All easy to get to and very useful. Can choose which digit on Volts or Amps to change, making it quick to alter the settings without having to twirl the knob for ages. But you can still do that if you that's your thing. You can limit the voltage or current too, by setting a maximum. Quiet, reliable, it just works.

A compact power supply 30v 5a , can be set as constent voltage or constant current with a clear display that shows the power draw. Quiet in operation, I havn't heard the fan yet, the butons feel nice, not cheap and plastic it fits on my bench nicely a neat compact unit

Es una fuente muy liviana, soporta bastante corriente pero se viene abajo momentáneamente si conectas algo que consuma mucha corriente en el momento inicial como por ejemplo una bombilla aunque esta solo consuma un par de amperios.Todas las demás funciones son correctas.

Der lästige Piepton ist leicht abzustellen. Hierzu hat mir die schwedische Rezession und die Beschreibung auf der Angebotsseite geholfen:Es gibt insgesamt 6 Einstellungen, von denen sich jedoch nur 2-4 auf dieses Gerät auswirken, während die anderen für Geräte mit Kommunikationsanschluss auf der Rückseite bestimmt sind.1 — Native ID (1-4) — Geben Sie die Nummer dieses Geräts im Netzwerk an. Appareil assez simple d'utilisation. La fonction OUT est très pratique.Le "bip" est trop bruyant et pour le désactiver il est introuvable sur le manuel fourni.Heureusement qu'Amazon fourni les méthodes à suivre (appuyer 3-5seconde "out" et naviguer jusqu'au Mode 4 pour le désactiver)

This bench PSU is great for my home lab. It's compact, silent and packed with helpful features. So far I have only been using it for a short period of time but it has already made my DIY projects so much easier to manage.Only small frustration is that the English manual is very lacking. As others have said, there are ways to turn off the annoying beep and brightness of the screen. However manual does not explain it. Through some browsing for similar PSUs that seem to be re-branded versions of this (or the other way around) I managed to find the following:To enter settings mode hold the OUT button for 3-5 settings. Device will show "SET" on the first row (V), setting number on the second (A) and current setting value on 3rd (W). You use the turning knob to change the setting value, and press on the know to switch between the setting number. After reaching the last setting device exists from settings and saves.There are a total of 6 settings, however only 2-4 have any affect on this device, while the others are for devices with communication port at the back.1 - Native ID (1-4) - Specify the number of this machine in the network. (Default 1)2 - Output state (0-1) - When the power is turned on, should the OUT be turned on (Default 0 - OFF)3 - Screen brightness (0-1) - Low brightness 0 / High brightness 14 - Buzzer sound (0-1) - Mute 0 / Sound 15 - Communication Baud rate (1-4) - 2400/4800/9600/19200 (Default 1)6 - Communication endian size (0-1) - Small-endian 0 / Big-endian (Default 0)Hope this helps whoever is looking for these details and hopefully seller will publish updated documentation and also provide this in the package for future customers.
