ULANZI & FALCAM have done a great job! This is the exact product that I needed when it came to an easy to use solution to an everyday problem! When I need something that clamps my camera body (Lumix S5ii) & an telephoto lens (100-400) all together easily! The clip clamps easily onto the quick release plate, in which it works perfectly when it comes to functionality! It is super easy to use & has been nothing short of a miracle! I've been able to put it on my belt, my backpack, and more! The camera clip feels super sturdy, I don't have any lack in the clip saving the camera! The stability is pretty good honestly, compared to the actual camera strap that came with my camera, I am quite happy with the Camera Clip! As pictured, on my belt (graduation event at a university), & on my backpack strap!

Exactly what I wanted. Had the idea in my head. This product is metal and meant to be used. Very well made. The clip part is not always the easiest to release. But with practice anything can be done. Most importantly, I have never worried about my camera falling off of my backpack strap. When I have hiking intense stuff, need all 4 limbs. My camera is swinging around but never falls off. Size is a bit small for super padded straps, probably impossible to get onto puffy straps. But once it's on, it ain't budging. Which is exactly what you want to hold your $500-1000 camera.

Alright, only used it one time so far. Wanted to take a 12-mile hike to top of Mt. Marion in the Cascades. Snowy trail stopped the loop at 6 miles, so not a large sample size. Not yet any way. Hooking a Sony A7iii with a 28-70 Lense to the clip. It's fastened to my rucksack strap and didn't slip or move. Didn't bounce around either on a fairly rocky and at times steep trail. Easy to clip on and clip off. Easy-peasy. Just want to make sure the button is in the right position. You'll see what I mean when you use it. Looking forward to several thousand miles this season yarding the camera along. So far, highly recommended.

See update below Original review I like that the clip is capable of securing onto many size straps. Having taken it hiking I found that it squeaks a lot while walking and the release mechanism gets jammed very frequently. Highly frustrating to miss the important shot because I could not release the camera. Even WD-40 doesn't seem to have made any difference to the propensity for the release mechanism to jam. UPDATE: The jamming is caused because the lock slider gets easily jarred into a locked position (e.g. landing when jumping down off a boulder) even though the slider looks unlocked. Now that I realize what has happened I can fix it. Personally I always have my camera on a secondary safety leash in addition to the clip, so the sliding lock is a feature I would rather not have. For me it's more pain than gain because of the way it locks itself. YMMV. Upping from 3 stars to 4 stars. It's still a pain when it locks itself and it still squeaks but these issues are not as severe as jamming.

Didn't know the F38 Backpack Clip existed, but after discovering my Peak Design Capture Camera Clip was at home, 900 miles away, I needed something quick for a 75 mile backpacking trip on the CDT in Colorado. The Peak Design Capture Camera Clip was delivered fast and worked great. Only one adjustment was needed on the trail, done the first day and done without tools, to prevent the clip from slipping on the thick and wide backpack strap. I was a little worried that it wasn't going to work very well, but after that adjustment it carried a Nikon Z9 with lens for days with no problem. The clip was easily switched without tools to a smaller backpack for climbing a 14'er and carried the same camera, again with no problems. The Peak Design Capture Camera Clip would do the same thing, but it did require tools to clamp it down, and the long screws didn't always work that well with the ribs, even after days on the trail. Time will tell how the cable holds up with the clamping force and heavy weight, but so far this is my new favorite camera carrying clip.

Had to watch a YouTube vid to figure out how to operate the clamp 🤣 but once you got it, it's awesome. I contemplated getting one of these for so long, I wish I would have when I originally discovered it. Being able to just holster your camera in like 1 second flat and move to the next location or to not have to set it down somewhere is a game changer. And you can unholster it one handed depending on your camera and which orientation you have the mount attached to your backpack or belt. I've used it on my pants belt for hiking a mountain, and on my back pack for photo shoots. I use a nikon D780 with a 24-70 and sometimes an 18-400mm, so it's not a particularly light setup. I had zero worries of it coming unclipped or the clip breaking. Its a pretty tight fit, though after a few days the mount wears in a tiny bit and it becomes a little wiggly but still a secure connection. And we're talking legit hiking with my camera flopping around smacking my leg lol. I was more worried about my magnetic lens cap and filter flying off than the camera leaving the mount. Will probably buy another one at some point.

Camera was kept secure throughout my hikes and kept the camera for easy access when moments arose. Made out of aluminum making it very durable. Would buy again.

El bloqueo es firme, el clip tiene buen tacto y la construcción en aluminio da sensación de producto premium. Incluso con equipos relativamente pesados se siente estable. Según el fabricante, soporta hasta 30 kg de carga dinámica. Ahora bien, tampoco es perfecto. Como ocurre con otros productos Falcam, entras en su ecosistema. Y aunque tiene compatibilidad amplia, es donde más sentido cobra. ✅Pros - Muy cómodo para senderismo, viajes y fotografía de naturaleza. - Acceso rapidísimo a la cámara. - Evita llevar la cámara colgando al cuello durante horas. - Construcción premium y sensación robusta. - Sistema de bloqueo seguro y fiable. - Compatible con placas F38 y varios estándares Arca. - Muy compacto y ligero. - Reduce bastante la fatiga al caminar con cámara. ❌Contras - Precio elevado comparado con alternativas genéricas. - Puede generar una ligera holgura con algunas placas Arca compatibles. - No todas las mochilas tienen hombreras ideales para este tipo de clip. - Si llevas cámaras muy pesadas durante muchas horas, sigue cargando peso sobre un solo punto. - Tiene más sentido si realmente haces fotografía outdoor o viajes frecuentes. 🟠¿Merece la pena? Ho avuto la possibilità di testarlo in due differenti escursioni in montagna, agganciato allo spallaccio del mio zaino da trekking in abbinamento alla mia Sony A7IV + Obiettivo Sony 24-105 F4. Peso complessivo del mio setup: 1,2Kg La mia esperienza: il prodotto, agganciato alla cinghia presente sullo spallaccio del mio zaino da trekking, è risultato altamente stabile anche su terreni sconnessi. La piastra di fissaggio alla fotocamera è di dimensioni contenute, dotata di gommino antiscivolo. Il filetto della piastra, facilmente regolabile con la brugola presente in confezione, in due giorni di utilizzo non si è minimamente smollato rimanendo correttamente fissato al corpo macchina. ✅ PRO: - Stabilità e semplicità di fissaggio allo spallaccio dello zaino - Filetto della piastra a sgancio rapido resistente - Sistema di sgancio rapido molto comodo e rapido, utilissimo il bottone laterale che, con un semplice switch, consente di bloccare il meccanismo di sgancio evitando sblocchi accidentali. - Presenza di accessori di ricambio nella confezione + sacchetto di velluto protettivo per riporre l'articolo quando non utilizzato - Compatibilità Arca Swiss ❌ CONTRO: - Il movimento del corpo durante un'escursione porta il Falcam F38 a spostarsi dalla sede di aggancio iniziale, specialmente quando fissato alla cinghia dello spallaccio dello zaino. Perfect product, werkt uitstekend en houdt niet alleen je camera direct klaar voor het pakken maar zorgt er ook voor dat het gewicht beter verdeeld wordt over de voor- en achterkant van een rugzak. Niet iets waar ik het product voor gekocht heb, maar nu juist een reden om de camera wat vaker in deze houder aan de voorkant van mijn rugzak te hangen ! V.w.b. de werking; absoluut vertrouwen in deze houder. Ik gebruik deze voor een Canon EOS R8 met o.a. een RF 70-200 f4 en tijdens wandeling in de bergen (alpien terrein, rotsen) blijft deze mooi in de houder hangen. Tijdens het lopen merk je weinig van de houder, hooguit dat er een camera aan de voorkant hangt. Er zit ook dermate weinig speling in dat je geen geluid hoort tijdens het lopen. De Peak Design zou dit wel hebben en die is ook nog eens duurder... Vandaag kwam ik er achter dat er ook een lock op de houder zit waardoor je deze niet ongewenst kan openen, handig, alleen niet direct voor mij. Ik dacht dat de Falcam kapot was, maar het was "by design" ;-) Mocht deze kwijt raken dan hoef ik er niet over na te denken om een nieuwe te bestellen.

Lousy product with a lot of play. Not usable as a camera holder if you are recording. Sounds like there is a clicking sound as you walk with the camera and will ruin your video.

幅3.15インチ(8cm)、厚さ0.79インチ(2cm)までのストラップ/ベルトに取り付けられます と上記の通りの説明であったが、全く取り付けられませんでした。ベルトを曲げるかしないととてもムリです。 たとえ曲げたとしても、今度は、引っ掛ける部分がひっかけられず、ひも部分が切れそうになります。 写真はアウトドアの8cm未満、２cm未満のバックルにつけようとしましたが、まったくひっかけられませんでした。
