Very Good Systems
I run a side business as a security camera system installer (among other tech services). I have purchased and installed many of these systems for my customers They are very happy with the quality and resolution. I will continue to purchase these systems. Tech support is always quick to help. Over the years, I have had very few issues. When I do, I get fast help. Very pleased with this company.

The DVR keeps restarting. The signal keeps cutting on and off. Wouldnโt recommend.

Great Customer Service!
I had this security system for a year, the system stop working for some reason. After some troubleshooting via email with โCathyโ, it was determined to be hardware issue. Since it was still under warranty, Cathy asked me to uninstall all cameras and send everything back (uninstall was a pain, but I did it anyway). After it was received, a brand new system was sent to me (NVR + cameras + accessories). I gave 5 stars for good customer service and honoring warranty! I was frustrated about uninstall and reinstall, but now that the cameras working again, Iโm just happy that I didnโt have to pay $300+ for another set of security system.

Good Camera No Problems so far.
A good camera so far. We set it up and all 8 cameras we connected together are showing and seem clear. Itโs more labor intensive wiring this system correctly. We had to drill and climb in the attic in summer. But it replaced the old system and meshed our useable old cameras into the new system, which was the selling point for us.

Nice camera and DVR system
This 5MP 2K system produces sharp images both day and night. It has worked well for me for over a year now. I chose this system because I had experienced some connectivity issues with a different brand of WIFI camera. This CCTV camera system took care of that problem. When I did experience a minor problem with one camera, Bill from Zosi Tech Support helped me troubleshoot and quickly rectify the problem.

Great picture, easy install
Great product but wish it contained one 100 ft. Cable as the last camera was a bit too far away from DVR.
