It's one of the most intense ones I've ever used. I have 2b/2c waves and my hair is normal-high porosity. When I use this as directed and leave it on for 30 minutes with a cap it ends up being too much moisture for my hair. It's soft and hydrated, but so weighed down. I've been CGM for 6 years, so my hair is pretty healthy. The one "bad" thing I do is color it and the best color I have ever gotten is with Nice and Easy. So, what I do use this right after coloring instead of using the conditioner that comes in the box (since it's full of silicones). I put in on after I rinse out the color and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. It doesn't end up weighing my hair down that way.
