I find the 2Kg weight provides right level of resistance for performing leg raises, jumps and step up exercises for P90X workouts in the Gym. The weights are adjustable which allows me to go for supersets by varying weights.

I tried these as ankle weights. I have slim legs but not abnormally thin. I would say I have ankles typical of any woman. So I was very surprised and disappointed that these were WAY too big even at their tightest. If all the sand bags are inserted they may fit but then you have zero flexibility in changing weight so the purpose of the product is defeated. I cannot imagine them fitting someone’s wrists. Perhaps this is only for men.The quality is good, as it should be for the price. Hence I am giving it 3 stars. The product is fine but absolutely not unisex from any angle.

Bastante resistentes ,el material insuperable! Aparte de ser bonitas son muy funcionales! Soy muy pequeña y tobillo delgado y aún así me quedaron muy bien ! En lo personal diria son las mejores que e tenido ! tanto así que compre otro par para regalar ! Altamente recomendables!

Ho usato questi pesi varie volte e con tutti i tipi di pesetti all'interno, devo dire che hanno fatto una buona riuscita, i sacchetti all'interno sono facili da inserire e viceversa, la robustezza è di qualità, ottima per allenarsi. Come rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottima.

Son duras. El material se ve resistente. Llevo usándolas un par de meses o así y ahora escribo la reseña después de haberle dado tute en los entrenamientos. Están muy bien merece la pena el esfuerzo económico.
