Great quality and function! I had a problem and the company quickly resolved the issue. Highly recommend this product, it provides better protection than the other guards that I used in the past. Since the sizing seems to be unisex, I would recommend going up a size if you are male. Being male ; 5’8” and 155 pounds I needed a large to fit rather than a medium.

It works amazing. I used to get marks on my arms from my kettle bell and now I can keep going without any pain from the weight hitting my arms. Great product I would buy it again.
