(Also, I suspected that many of the reviews I saw about the product - both on Amazon and elsewhere - were not real reviews). Despite my doubts, I decided to go ahead and buy the system and I am SO glad that I did!. I just started on Monday, so it's only been a week, but the workouts I've done so far have been fantastic! They are challenging, yet not so difficult that I become discouraged from continuing. (I am more or less a beginning exerciser). I am doing a lot of the modifications now, but look forward to doing the more advanced movements as my fitness level progresses. Within this week, I have lost about 1.5 pounds; that's with me cheating on my diet a little, but still about where I would like to be. I could follow the eating plan in the program, but I would rather focus developing healthy eating practices that I can maintain longterm. Rather than following the eating guide, I am choosing to limit calories to about 1,400-1,500 calories a day and limit carbs. I have about 50 pounds to lose, which I hope to lose for my wedding this time next year. I am shooting for a weight loss of 1.5-2 pounds per week. I am 5'4", 189 lbs, and 30 years old, if that helps at all. Overall, the workouts I've done so far have been wonderful. It's been a long time since I've done a workout program that I actually look forward to. Also, added bonus - there's an option to play the workouts without music, so I can play my own. :) Hope this review is helpful for those who are trying to decide whether to purchase the program. I look forward to updating this review as I continue on the program.
