I was disappointment when my Aeron chair broke and became unusable. This allowed me to fix my chair and get some more time out of it!

Easy to replace this part on the Aeron Chair. I watched a YouTube video and had no problem replacing this bolt. Full disclosure: I am a sixty-something woman who is not handy and I did this myself.

These were exactly what I needed to fix my loud Aeron chair. If you have an Aeron chair and it squeaks loudly when you sit down, this is most likely what you need to fix it. I bought my chair used and initially I wasn't very happy with it because it was loud and the seat was kind of stiff, but I traced these issues to some very worn out bearings on the sides of the seat bottom, and replacing them with these bearings fixed both issues. Now it's just like the ones I had used before I decided to buy mine. Fair warning, the original bearings are installed with C-clamps, which can be difficult to remove. These are easy to install and remove though, because they just use plastic clips.

I stripped out the precious bolts when replacing the seat and these saved the day. They fit perfectly even though our chair is almost 20 years old.

After over 10 years of frequent home office use, one of my Aeron's hip pivot bolt bushings cracked and disintegrated. Not wanting to risk further damage, I immediately stopped using the chair and ordered these replacement hip pivot bolts. They arrived relatively fast via USPS and were exact replacements. I never appreciated how much I loved my Aeron until I was forced to use a dining room table chair as an office chair for a week while these bolts were in the mail. I only wish Herman Miller made these (and other breakable Aeron parts) easier to get.
