This is the only nit comb I've found works for very fine hair. It catched eggs and traps them in the little ridges.Have also used for cradle cap after treatment (VERY GENTLY)

I actually purchased this for my cat.Warm summer and autumn days are a nightmare for my cat as she is a Harvest Mite magnet. I have used the vet's spray but she (my cat not the vet) licks it off at every opportunity and it is difficult to use it in her deeper fur - short of imprisoning her for four or so months I've been unable to remedy this situation.In the deep fur where it is difficult to effectively spray, I run the comb carefully from her head to the base of her tail, avoiding eyes and ears. The tail is then done seperately in a similar way but I need to support the tail with my other hand, going from the base to the tip. The comb is laid approximately 30 degrees from horizontal and is gently kept at the surface level of her skin as I comb through the fur. Loose fur is collected and the Harvest Mite clumps are lifted easily. Unlike the spray, my cat actually likes this grooming - purring away as I clear her of mites.The comb is then washed, disinfected, dried and stored ready for the next session.The comb is sturdy and looks as if it will outlast myself and my cat, however, if it doesn't; then I will definitely buy this nit comb again.

I have tried many diffrent shapes and sizes to make it as easy and comfortable for combing my children’s hair ( afro ). They get the eggs out which other combs leave behind. Easy to clean. They go threw my children’s hair at ease and my own hair ( long thick curly ) without ripping chunks of hair out. My kids don’t make a fuss when using these! They are comfortable to hold as well.
