My go-to noodles
Lovely warming noodles. They’re my go-to for a somewhat spicy broth that I can add fish and veg to for an easy meal. And a bit of sambal on the top when served. Really good for cold and tiring days where you just need something easy to eat, with a bit of flavour, to warm you up when you get home. Goes well with any sort of Chinese sausage too as that only adds to the flavour of the broth.
