Very nice quality. Thinly padded, but made of a dense material. Covers look very nice, are good quality and smooth for their entire length . Much nicer than pipe insulators + zip ties I used before these and worth the extra money in my opinion. I used two on a the uprights of a GTS 150cc go kart roll cage behind the driver & passenger sides. They don’t cover the entire length, but they cover where it counts. Rolled the kart 270 degrees a few weeks after installation. I was wearing a 5-point harness but my helmet still hit the upright. I would have been ok without these, but the pads provided for a soft hit with no marks on the helmet or roll bar. I had no padding on the sidebar/armrest-type thingy and bruised up my arm a bit. I’ll pad those up with pipe covers next (these are too long and diameter is too wide for that application). More importantly, I’ll avoid making clockwise donuts or sharp right hand turns while riding alone on uneven ground!

Much thinner than pictured, the stitching is loose and frayed, of this passed any type of quality control, The manufacturer and the seller should be ashamed 😡
