I bought two decals. The first one that I installed on the wall went perfectly like clockwork. Couldn't be happier. The second one that I installed was a fight and turned out very poorly. I had to pick off every edge from the adhesive. This was very difficult. It would not allow for release from the clear backing. In the middle of the letter it would stretch sticking hard to clear backing. Normally when you get past the first edge, it sticks to the wall hard enough to release easily from the clear backing. This was not the case on the second one. Perhaps they cut this one out of old material. It was impossible to install it. * they were mounted side-by-side on the same wall with the same paint.

This is the coolest way to put your personal mark on your home or office. I customized mine to give me motivation to work out in my home gym. I highly suggest watching a video on how to correctly apply the decal. It helped me ALOT! I even purchased some additional stickers to accentuate the decal. LOVE❤️

Love this company and the product they offer. Have used them several times now for some of my favorite biblical quotes. The wall decals come in several different sizes, fonts, and colors. You are able to see exactly what you ordered before the order is placed. The product is also easy to install.

I only gave 4 stars because the instructions that came with the decal was not thorough. The video on the web site showed how to remove a short one word decal. For a novice like me I needed more detail. Cons: inadequate instructions, which caused the decal to stick to the backing paper. I followed the instructions and used a credit card like object and went over the decal many times. Even after doing this It was hard to separate parts of the decal from the backing which then wrinkled the decal. As I struggled with this some of the sticky parts stuck to itself. Sooo frustrating. Pros: Great customer service. I had questions prior to ordering and they responded within 24 hours. When I immediately contacted the seller about the decal sticking to the backing, They were very quick to respond!! They at no cost to me sent me a replacement decal. This time I individually went over each letter multiple times instead of swiping across the entire decal as demonstrated in the video and as written in the instructions that came with the decal. I then waited and went over each letter again prior to removing the backing. The backing came off easily without any of the decal sticking to it! Maybe swiping each letter was needed because of the font. I would suggest a more detailed instruction video or pamphlet. The decal was perfect and well made. I would buy from this vendor again, the product is a 5 and the customer service is a 5.
