Nice necklace. I would have like the clasp being on the other side of my necklace because I am right handed and it is easier for me to do-it-myself. Oh and a lobster claw would be nicer for me. This one is tiny and harder for an older person like me to work the clasp.

The item was far smaller then was represented in the picture. I would have returned it but they don’t except refunds on this item. I’ll never buy jewelry online without seeing it in person EVER again! Totally not worth it. The name plate was smaller than a thumb nails width.

This brand, is just AMAZING! THE SELLER IS AMAZING! I purchased this as a gift for myself but also a nice gesture I did for my boyfriend by getting his initials on s necklace. This is REAL 14K not plated!!!!I reached out to the seller about a delivery preference and you know what.....they contacted USPS on my behalf to make sure my item got to me the way I requested and on time! The necklace is beautiful and the quality and customer service is immaculate!

What a joke. This name plate is TINY. Just like everything else on Amazon, you need to see it in person. I am completely dissatisfied with this purchase and they do not allow refunds. Take a look at my photo and see that it's smaller than a dime. It's not bad quality but it's too small to read.

The quality is good, however, the font size is very small ordered for an adult, however, more fitting for a tween the rating would be higher if the font size didn’t require reading glasses to see it.

Truly beautiful necklace! The chain is attached to the name so it doesn't slide around. Pay attention to the size... we had to use an extender. Very much worth the cost!

Very upset when receiving my daughter’s birthday gift in the mail. First by hitting the customize button, I did not realize I was also agreeing to the terms of the merchandise. Which was nonrefundable/no returns. Therefore, Amazon customers could not be warn of many returns because of the agreement. Yes, it is a beautiful necklace for toddler, but it was not worth $200 I spent on it.
