I am 5'7 and and overweight....this is perfect.I am quite a fan of true memory foam as I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and copd.The crate foam from walmart I used to purchase was a waste of money....and gave little to no comfort.Real nasa memory foam is what the Us astronauts have in their space ships which it was originally designed for as they are in small quarters for quite a time so need to relieve their muscles and avoid as much pain as possible. I also so sometimes need a little height my pillows cannot provide for better breathing when my copd acts up and breathing is low.Nice color choices; I bought teal.Highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a good size TV bed pillow with an abundance of comfort.The seller says to give time for the pillow to take shape.....i found it to open quickly after i took it from the wrappings and fluffed it up a bit ...took shape quicker than expected.
