Schisandra

My doctor recommended this product for me, and is pleased with the results of using it. It doesn't seem to have a taste, improves my energy, and sleep quality. I feel less stressed with this product in my repertoire.

I take it every morning and once in awhile when I need a boost, in the afternoon. Helps with the hot flashes.

Good stuff.

Schishandra was recommended to me being post menopausal. I think it is effective, my husband said I seemed to be happier lately. I have a special needs BIL that lives with us and that can take a toll on a person. I think it has helped me stay calm. I didn't give it 5 stars because I can't say for certain that is what is helping, but I will keep taking it as I believe it does help.

these pills help me with my menopause symptoms. thats why i used them. It doesnt give me any problem or side affect. I am very happy with this product.

I started taking these a week ago, upon recommendation from a friend. Within two days, I found myself tired at night and sleeping well (which has been a problem for me for about a year now). I also feel less stressed throughout the day. I'm a middle school teacher, so that's saying a lot. My colleague even told me I appear less stressed. I have 264 students and run two competition teams, so I am ALWAYS stressed. This has really helped me relax. The only negative thing I have to say is that it gives me dry mouth. On balance, though, I'll take the dry mouth.

In this last delivery , the pill had the most dark content more concentrated ,and the new one is clearer and a little bigger .I like to know why.

The best brain support supplement I have tried. Improved memory and energy. I did without it for awhile and really could tell how much it was helping. I think it helps me sleep better also.
