Lightweight, can go through a machine wash, new logo is much nicer. Keeps the sun out of my eyes and stops my head getting burned. Seems to be a weak point where the bill meets the hat on older versions I have

Fits well. Adjusts quickly and easily. Haven't worn in the beating sun yet, but good so far.

I've had many Headsweat products in the past and this one just didn't live up to those. The interior sweat band did not appear to be as thick as past ones. Since I’m paying a premium for its ability to soak up my sweat, this one didn’t make the cut. Hat was returned.

Bought one a couple years ago and it’s the most breathable running hat I’ve owned. Fit while a bit shallow felt fine comfort wise.The one I ordered. In late 2023 does not fit well. On its largest strap setting it’s too tight and causes a headache. I returned it. I wear a 7 5/8-3/4 ball cap for what it’s worth.
