The foldable E Wheel scooter arrived ahead of schedule and made the perfect Christmas gift for my husband. Directions and assembly were easy to follow and he took his first trial run up the street and back. His smile told it all! We have read the directions and will be disassembling it to load in our mini van for a planned trip that required a mobility scooter. Our lives have been greatly enriched. Thank you!

I purchased this product in July. I needed assistance with assembling it because I am disabled so that did not occur until late August. Upon assembling, it did not work. They said it was probably the battery. They sent new batteries- they were wrong. I waiting for the correct ones, had someone to come back to put in those batteries- it turned on and will not move. This product never worked and of course, it is too late to return it. I contacted the Service department, but you will always have to leave a message. There is not a live person to speak to in real time. So, when they call back- I miss them because I am working. This has been a living nightmare that I am trapped in and cannot receive any support.

Bought this for my dad. He’s been cruising around in it for a few months now. It makes life so much easier and I don’t have to worry about his legs giving out! The only annoyance was the sound of the back up alarm. However, I found a YouTube video and was able to disconnect it. His neighbors in his senior living apartment are so happy now. This is a great scooter at the right price.

Where do I start. This item is an answer to prayer. I no longer have to hold my husband up when we go places. This item allows us to enjoy theme parks and walks. I am a fast walker and this allows me to freely walk at my own pace without worrying about him catching up. This cart was more for me than him to be honest. A+++

Now that the scooter is put together, it doesn't work. The manual is lacking in info re: operation, and trouble shooting. Regardless of following the existing instructions, the scooter still won't function.

The battery has NEVER charged. I’ve not been able to use this scooter because the battery won’t charge, and I have tried and tried to get help in replacing the battery. The company said they don’t have replacement batteries for sale and made no attempt to just replace it. So essentially it’s a placeholder. A very expensive placeholder. I’m amazed that Amazon would condone this type of scam. Especially for disabled customers…

Not too hard to assemble. But has issues and can't reach there customer support by phone to try and fix. A main power plug underneath above rear wheels came apart on first use. Got that fixed. But have not been able to find a way to get the LED lights of front to work at all only under lights work.
