A must read and share for everyone and anyone including all leaders and managers!
An extremely enjoyable, education, inspiring, funny and refreshing take on how we can all reflect upon and then take action to improve our own personal wellbeing.Down to earth, jargon free and non-corporate although still jam packed with data, stats and research to back up each and every suggestion. You can read whatever chapter seems most relevant or the one that simply catches your eye and your interest and literally improve your wellbeing one week at a time.I would highly recommend you take a look at this and particularly encourage leaders and managers to have a read for themselves and then share with their teams.

The title says it all A No-Nonsense Guide to a Fulfilling Work Life
Having heard Ryan speak at a work event I got this book as what he said really hit home with me.It has 52 (as you would expect) short chapters (3-6 pages on average) with thought provocking suggestions and ideas about how you can make your life better. He doesnt come out with any "left field" far out suggestions, its practical relevant suggestions of changes in both your behaviour and mindset that can help you deal with day to day life.
