Great addition to this series
I thoroughly enjoyed this book . The characters called to me the situation they were in was truly twisted and who doesn’t love finding out who the bad guy is ? The couple clearly loved each other and the supporting characters were fun to read about . I thoroughly enjoy this series but honestly think new readers to the series would get a really good idea about the romance and suspense in this series by reading this bookThis voluntary take is my honest thoughts and I believe fair

Amazing
Cynthia Eden is always worth getting lost in. The chemistry, the drama, the suspense always good. The ending is always something I would never have guessed. This is about Oliver a FBI profiler who thinks Larks brother is a serial killer. He gets close to her to get evidence. Her brother is arrested, but Latk sets out to prove that he is not guilty.Amazing story.

The Blurb just grabbed me…….
I’ve seen Cynthia Eden books for quite awhile, and even downloaded freebies to my TBR pile. It wasn’t until THIS book, Buried Under Ice (Ice Breaker Cold Case Romance Book 7), that I was grabbed at the right moment. It was that electric shock, that compelled me to pay for it, & download it. And read it right away. Can’t explain it more than that. But I’m so glad I did!!!Every one of the initial tingles were fully realized.A solid, intense story. A MFC that was betrayed in a way that would have broken her, if her twin brother didn’t need her so badly. Lark fell for Oliver completely, not realizing that he was building a case against her twin, Lane. Oliver never planned to fall so completely in love. How would he mend the breach? Could he mend it? More importantly, could he keep Lark safe?Plenty of twists & turns. And, even if you guess a couple, joining the actual ride is worth it.You’ll have to read for yourself. This was my first Cynthia Eden read, so I wasn’t sure if she was a HEA gal. Now, I have to read the rest of the series, from book 1. The next story, #8, should be ready by the time I am. So, excuse me, I’ve got books to read. 😉

Another first-rate romantic suspense from Cynthia Eden
Right out of the starting gate, each of the books in Eden's first-rate ICE BREAKERS SERIES have been solid and exceptionally well-developed and quite enjoyable to read. The characters are skillfully and uniquely portrayed. They display depth in a broad range of emotions that give them a ”real” presence. This seventh book was no different – and I think my favorite so far – but I seem to have said this with every addition to this series. The books can all be read as a standalone without any problem but read one and I bet you’ll finish the series!A super-duper romantic suspense that features FBI Agent Oliver Foxx and florist Lark Lawson along with a colorful cast of secondary characters that includes Lark’s brother, Lane who is in prison after being found guilty of murdering several young women – murders he vehemently denies. Since Foxx was the Agent in charge of the case against him, a huge barrier now stands between him and Lark -- the woman he loves.BURIED UNDER ICE is seductively captivating with murder and mayhem aplenty and lies and secrets that run rampant within threatening to destroy a passionate relationship between Lark and Foxx. The surprise revelation in this whodunnit was cleverly hidden and sprung with the optimum shock factors when least expected. My anticipation is at an all-time high while counting down the days until “Ice Cold Kisses,” the eighth installment featuring Oliver Foxx’s best friend Midas Monroe, a bounty hunter, and Alina Bellamy, who is an Olympic ice skater is scheduled to be released on February 27, 2024.

A bit transparent this time.
Good, as usual. But I figured out the bad guy early on. Side paths were good, though. Definitely worth the read.

Great book
I really liked this book. I was a little worried as I’m not a fan of enemies to lovers trope where they are enemies for the first half of the book. Luckily, her antagonism towards him for locking up her brother doesn’t last that long and I get to see their relationship grow stronger. They need to figure out if her brother is the serial killer and if not, who is it? Lots of twists and turns and had me guessing up until the end.I really liked Lark and Oliver together. He is so infatuated with her and will do anything for her and to protect her. She is in love with him even though she wants to hate him for locking up her brother. They make a good match and I like how strong she is. I never saw her once as a victim. She can take care of herself. They have hot chemistry and quite a few steamy moments.I recommend this book and can see me reading it again. I can’t wait for Midas’s story next.
