I have really curly hair and was looking for a blow-dryer that worked well. I really love the diffuser, which caught my eye. It came with other hair tools and a travel bag as well! I was pleasantly surprised that it could be used out of the country! perfect heat and left me with nice curls and no frizz. It is a normal size but folds to compact, perfect for traveling and home use. I love that it is lightweight, having use of one arm, it works for me! I found it very reasonable for the money spent.

I got this dryer to use as a travel dryer, but also my regular dryer! The size (and weight) of the dryer & diffuser is perfect for me to use as my regular dryer! My other one was getting too heavy to use each time & I never got my hair fully dry. Between this dryer being better quality with a bigger diffuser I’m actually getting my hair dried all the way now. Love this dryer!

I purchased this dryer and I chose it over the bigger version due to the length and thickness of my hair (it’s fine, just past shoulder length). I also waited for a sale. This dryer has changed my hair routine for the better. It dries my hair quickly, it looks great with volume. I wish I had made the purchase sooner. I use high heat low speed and it’s a perfect flow of air and heat. This dryer works well. I definitely recommend it. I didn’t purchase it for travel purposes but will make sure this goes with me. GET IT you won’t regret it!

I should have bought this dryer first! I've tried a few other cheaper dryers with diffusers for my curls, but this one takes the cake (yummmm cake ;) for maintaining healthy curls. I love that even on high heat I don't feel like this dryer gets hot enough to fry my scalp or hair. It is not the fastest dryer I own. It is, however, the dryer I can count on to keep my curls essentially frizz-free. If I'm in a rush, I may start hover diffusing with a hotter dryer, but I always finish with this one. I have really difficult hair to dry. It's low in porosity, so the roots like to hold onto moisture even after it feels dry. Ten minutes later, it can feel damp again. I feel comfortable drying my hair longer with the Defrizzion Dryer, and it's so gentle. It's very quiet, so I can listen to a podcast while drying. I can't imagine how big the full-size diffuser looks compared to this one. It's large enough to cover the roots on an entire side of my head. I wish I'd gone straight to Curl Smith.

I have thick curly hair. If I used a blow dryer I used it blow my hair straight. I never liked using the diffuser to dry my hair curly because it always came out somewhat frizzy. This hair dryer and diffuser is a game changer. I love the large diffuser head that covers more surface area. It helps cut the drying time and dries without making my hair frizzy. I recently travelled out of the country with this and absolutely love easy it was to fold and travel with. I highly recommend this!

this product was honestly so disappointing for the cost. my hair was frizzy and did not dry quickly. also this is not the advertised giant diffuser this is the travel addition that is smaller than the average diffuser. don’t waste your money their are plenty of others that work just as well and are under $100. don’t fall for the advertisement that is is good for curly hair, curl smith has great products but this is not one of them.

Love this dryer! Only complaint is that the defuser randomly falls off. It doesn’t snap on. Otherwise, it’s a great dryer with a large defuser.

Seriously. If you are on the fence, take the plunge. IT IS WORTH IT!!!!!!! I opted for the travel size just to try it out, but the size is absolutely perfect. Its a foldable full size dryer. The air temp ranges from a slight warm (low), warm (med) and hot (hot) which is great because most hair dryers' low is still pretty warm/hot. Even on the low, my hair dried pretty quickly. When it comes to speed, the low is PERFECT!!! It is an actual low and not a slightly lower high that I have experienced with others. The pièce de résistance is the XL diffuser. For a wavy/curly girl with long hair, this diffuser has been a complete game changer in my hair routine. It gets every section completely and you pair that with the temp and speed, my hair has a more defined wave/curl with way less frizz. I am in love with this hair dryer and mad at myself for waiting for so long to buy it. Please. If you are on the fence, just do it.

Good and temp is gentle on hair .diffuser plare is big .I thought it is bigger as I have very thick curly hair but knowing it is the biggest in the market ,this is an advantage
