Decent Replacement
I successfully charged my Bissell vacuum using this product. It charged it completely and now it works perfectly. I am satisfied with its performance and will continue using it.

Works for the Bissell but not truly 14.4v
This product worked with my Bissell and charged it correctly as it's in range of the original power supply operating range. However, I didn't make it a 5 star because if you use this for something else and are expecting 14.4v it is actually 17.19 volts. This could cause problems if you think you'll just be delivering 14.4.v.I charged my bissell from a totally depleted battery and it charged it to full capacity. Works well and I'm going to keep using it!
