Great for daily and quick workouts.
The product arrived on time. The instructions were pretty straightforward and setup was super easy. The bands have a good amount of resistance. I store it back in my closet after every workout, very portable size. Overall looking forward to seeing progress using this. 5/5 for me so far

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my husband and I to use at home. We immediately opened the box and started using it right away. It was easy to set up and easy to travel with!

Very light weight
Jump rope is very light weight and very difficult to use, otherwise an ok yoga/pilates set.
