I absolutely love the foot rest. I use it at work. I’m able to put my feet up and sit back comfortably in my chair. The little massage thing in the middle is ok. The foot rest moves a little on the carpet but not much. It’s perfect for the job.

This footrest is pretty good, its light compact and fits under my desk well. feels good on barefeet as well as with shoes. i like that i can rock it back and forth keeping my legs moving. I ended up ordering a second one; one for home and one for work after having one for a few weeks.

Nice and comfy. The middle foot roller could be higher for a better massage.

It does the job, and has a variable height depending on where you put your feet and how far away it is from you/your chair. However, it slips and slides all over the place, making it difficult to keep in one place. Not terrible, but not perfect. I do believe it will protect my back, which is why I bought it, but it takes some time to stabilize it.

It’s is a great foot rest for ergonomics but even better for something to keep your feet moving. It is sturdy and easy to put together. Seems like great quality so far.

This size works well under my desk at work and makes sitting so much more comfortable. I can never get my chair adjusted to a height that works for my posture. If my legs were at the right height then my arms weren't right for the keyboard. This fixed that and the rocking motion helps to add some movement and stretch for my legs. The only downside is that it does scoot on the floor and I have flipped it over many times. Overall happy with this.

Over the last few years, yes I said years, I've been looking for something to use under my desk that would allow for a little exercise and motion while doing my sedentary job. Mostly everything I was looking at was either to large to fit or very expense of both. I even tried my own makeshift contraptions but that didn't work well. I stumbled across this and figured it was worth a shot. First off, it tales like 3 seconds to put together. Second, it's small enough to fit in little spaces but big enough to allow me to use both feet without having to force them too close. And the swinging ability, which was eaxctly what I wanted, allows for smooth motion without the thing sliding all over. Great buy and highly reccommended.
