I got these to decorate and enhance a table where I placed roses for my wife on Valentines Day.Everything comes in an unremarkable box so I initially feared for the quality of the contents. How wrong I was!Inside the box are 24 heart shaped LED candles and 12 packets of very compressed rose petals. Every candle has a battery protective insert which need to be removed to allow you to switch each candle on. The rose petals need to be separated and its incredible how many (100 or so) you get from such a small packet. Despite the thinness of the petals, they feel of nice quality and very effective.The candles themselves are fairly bright and really bring a lovely red ambience to where ever you place them, especially in a lowly lit area.My wife absolutely loved the effect that they produced around the bouquet of roses that I got her. They really did make a huge difference and highly recommended if you want to impress!

The media could not be loaded. The heart shaped tea lights have a strong light and you can turn them on/off to preserve battery life. On first use you’ll need to remove the small connection blocker but this is a good way of knowing they’ve not been pre-used.The paper ‘petals’ were an extra for me but will add that extra effect for a Valentine’s Day meal.

My son doesn’t really have much understanding of the word romantic, bless him. So he came to me for help to give his fiancée a special treat for Valentine’s Day. After helping him pick a gift (and yes I did go with him to pick the engagement ring out too!!), I saw these candles and grabbed them for him. Each candle comes with a little cell battery inside. Just pull the tab and then switch them on. They look really effective and are quite bright when lit. The fake petals are ok, not brilliant but fit for purpose. Plus there is an awful lot of them!! All he has to do now is arrange them on the bed and hopefully she will be impressed. The fact that you can reuse them makes them worth the price.

Each candle is fairly cheap and lightweight but looks lovely once illuminated, giving off a decent warm light. Each candle also comes with a battery – you just need to pull out each tab before first use.You get a whopping 24 candles plus the rose petals in the box, which means you can really set the mood without having to break the bank.Ideal for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, or just a romantic evening. Great value.

These look cheap and tacky. They are completely covered in metallic glitter that comes off. They are about the size of a tealight candle. There's a little plastic tab that you remove to activate the battery and an on/off switch on the base. When lit the 'flame' is quite bright and orange/yellow. There are 24 in the box, enough to decorate a table or a shelf. Personally I don't like them and I fear they will end up in landfill. But they are safer than candles. May be suitable for a child's bedroom. Not for me.
