I love this wrap. It stays cold for a very long time, and the compression is just right — snug enough to support and reduce swelling, but not so tight that it’s uncomfortable. I also like that I can walk around while wearing it, which makes it much more convenient than a traditional ice pack that requires lying down. It’s been great for recovery and managing soreness. I’ve been dealing with some ankle pain after long days on my feet and this thing has been a game changer. I was using bags of frozen peas before this which was messy and annoying, so having something actually designed for the purpose makes a huge difference. The wrap fits snugly around my ankle and provides just enough compression without cutting off circulation or feeling uncomfortable. I can actually walk around the house while wearing it if I need to which is nice. The ice pack itself stays cold for a good amount of time, I’d say around 20-25 minutes before it starts warming up noticeably. I usually throw it back in the freezer and its ready to go again within a couple hours. Build quality seems solid, I’ve had it for a few weeks now and use it almost daily and theres no signs of wear or leaking. The velcro straps are still holding strong and the gel inside hasn’t shifted or bunched up at all. What I really appreciate is how it conforms to the shape of your ankle. Ice packs that are too rigid never really make good contact with the areas that actually hurt, but this one molds around the joint nicely so your getting cold therapy where you need it. I keep it in my freezer and use it after work or after doing yard work and its become part of my routine at this point. If you have ankle issues, plantar fasciitis, or just sore feet in general I’d say this is worth picking up. Way better than DIY solutions and the price is reasonable for something you’ll use over and over.

I just keep these in my freezer now. They really work well just putting them in the refrigerator as well. I use them when I get home from work for half an hour to help with foot and ankle swelling. I have to put socks on first because otherwise they are just too cold on my skin. Plus I don't want to put them back in the refrigerator or freezer after they've touched my feet. As far as helping with the swelling they really feel good. I turned them around one day when it was mostly my feet that were hurting instead of my ankles and that worked really well too it covered my whole foot and Soothe My aching toes.

This is a great ice pack wrap. I bought this one because it seemed to slip on my feet a lot easier than my current ice wrap. It slips on and off with no effort. It feels very soft and comfortable. It does get cold fairly quickly in the freezer and it stays cold for about 20 minutes which is perfect for an icing session. The heating stays hot for around 15 minutes or so, I wish it retained heat a little better but it still works. My only issue is that the ankle side is a lot longer than the feet side. I tried to reverse it and it was difficult to get off and I heard a stitch rip while trying to take it off. That’s why I gave it 4 stars. I recommend this product if you have issues with your feet, It does help with inflammation and helps you get back on your feet.

Thank you Amazon for overnight delivery. I sprained my ankle on Thanksgiving day and it’s still swollen but I’m super happy I’ve found this ice pack. It’s amazing soothing feeling once I put it on. It makes my ankle muscles not cramping as much when I walk. You get what you pay for. Good quality thick gels ice pack. I’m wearing shoes size 8-8.5 and I got a large cause my ankle is super puffy. It fits perfectly. Highly recommend!

This is a must-have if you’re dealing with pain or an injury. My fiancé had pain at the bottom of his foot — we weren’t even sure what caused it, but it was cramping badly. Needed this for my Achilles tendonitis. Well made, lightweight, durable ankle/foot ice wrap. I think it is true to size and provides good compression along with the cold therapy. Stays cold 30-45 minutes. I've read others who wish it would stay cold longer, but I'm guessing you would run the risk of tissue damage. Doctors only recommend 10-20 minutes of cold therapy at a time.

I’ve been having heel pain and this has been so great! Great quality, comfortable and has helped with a lot with healing.

This works fairly well but I did find it went from quite cold to warm fairly quickly. I intend to trial it on my elbow next and see how that effective it is as I think it will work better than on my ankle. It’s not faulty at all and this is how many ice packs end up. It is beneficial in that it covers the full area of the joint but I personally need it to stay cold for longer.

This product is amazing, soft and easy to put on, hugs your ankle and stays cold for the amount of time needed. I use it daily to keep swelling down on my foot and ankle

After only a few days, the threads are fraying. At first I liked it but clearly this is a low quality product. At that price it should be much sturdier.
