Great.
I don't know why so many people have an issue with these. Peel the back, stick it on the wall. It's not to remove sound, it's to stop echo.

Good value
Stick to most surfaces but clean well and avoid dust and wax

Poor adhesive and not the thickness advertised.
the adhesive that they come with it's weak and barely stick to anything. It advertises being 3cm thick, it's barely 2 at the highest point. It's foam, so it does help mitigating reflections anyway, but it's not really as advertised.

Not Effective
Installed this on the face of a wooden a panel to subdue the noise from equipment inside an enclosure. There has been no noticeable reduction in noise.Additionally the package indicated that the product is flame retardant. On testing a small offcut it caught the flame and burned dripping molten plastic.

A good starter pack for sound dampening
Now, whilst this pack won't do an entire room or even a whole wall - it's a good starting point. You get 12 panels for less than £20, which is quite a bargain and although it's not enough for the entire room, you do notice a difference with the 12 you do get. I used these in my gaming room (as I like to have the sound up quite loud) and my other half already noticed a difference with these being up! Being in the room you can tell the sound has been dampened too. The adhesive seems strong enough and so far so good. If you really wanted a sound proof room, then getting this packs wouldn't be completely expensive and I'd imagine you could do it in increments so you're not totally out od pocket right away! I'd totally recommend these sound panels!

Not enough slabs to help reduce the noise
The acoustic foam slabs came tightly packed in air tight packaging. After opening, the thin and flat slabs started expand to 5 times its flat packed size. They has some chemical, unpleasant scent from begin buy two days after opening I can't smell it any more. The sponge slabs have zigzag texture to trap any sounds. In fact, these 12 slabs won't change much. You perhaps could isolate a door but it still won't be enough to cover the door fully with it (only a half). Another purchases will be necessary, especially if you want to cover the whole room with it.But thankfully, it's a good solution for musicians, dj, vloggers, etc who record their performances at home. The slabs has sticky backing which easily attaches to the wallpaper or wall. Each slab is veey lightweight as its basically a sponge. But removing it after could be a problem once the glue bonds with the wall. There is no price available for it at the moment so can't comment on the value now.

Does not look like the photos
It is not the product advertised. It’s incredibly thin at the base and took literally all day to expand the peaks to around 1cm. I wish I hadn’t bothered with it, it doesn’t look anything like the photos. I wouldn’t recommend if you actually need sound proofing. I’m going to have to buy different tiles elsewhere. Giving two stars because they arrived quickly with prime and could be used if your purpose isn’t sound proofing.
