Help with foot pain

I really love this foot roller. I had purchased an electric foot massager, and it doesn't even begin to compare with this roller. This is exactly what I needed to hit the right spots on my feet.

What a great set! Makes my feet feel so good! I'm currently struggling with Plantar Fascaitis and I use the ball on my heel before heading out for a walk. 3 pc set...great value!

All 3 massagers work great! If you can't afford a really nice one then these are the thing for you!

This is like a wonderful massage kit for my feet. Has the spiky ball I can stand and apply as much pressure as needed on my feet and can also be used on my back sort of like an acupuncture ball. Then there’s the cylinder like shaped roller with shorter bumps which also works well rolling the whole underside of my feet. Lastly the wooden foot massager which has 2 different types of rollers in it. One with shorter bumps and another with acupuncture points. Each of these offer something different and works really well at the end of the day after work as I am on my feet for long periods.

I don't know if there are any long-term benefits, and I definitely don't believe in the pseudo-science of reflexology, but these roller things feel nice.I have a standing desk, so I'm standing all day. I like to alternate which foot I stand on and keep the other foot on an ice pack. Now sometimes I use one of these instead of the ice pack so I don't have to keep going to swap the ice packs in and out of the freezer.I like the ball the best. I have a smaller ball that came with a pair of socks I'd gotten a few months ago. This ball is bigger and has spikes, so it's a different feeling that I can swap out with the other things for variety. Be careful with the ball, though, while you're walking around the room, because it isn't one of those squishy kind of ball, so if you accidentally step on it, you might fall.The individual roller piece is nice, too. It's less noticeable, more of something to do with your foot while you stand on the other foot.I didn't like the big wooden one at all. It just didn't do anything for me. I was going to put it in the box of stuff for the next yard sale, but on the way to the garage I saw that my mom was around and asked her if she wanted it. She was thrilled before she even tried it. She tried it right away and loved it. It now stays by her favorite chair in the living room.

I carry a lot of my stress in my feet. Several days a week my feet just ache. This set is amazing for pain relief for me. The wooden roller and other roller are comfortable without socks on, and really relax my feet. I can sit and watch tv or scroll online while just rolling my feet back and forth. After just a few minutes I feel a huge difference. The spiked ball is a little less comfortable and I have to use it with my socks on. But it really targets the inside curve of my feet and attacks the tough knots. You know it is a good set when the other members of my family “borrow” pieces from me daily. Very happy with this set, and I think it would be a great gift.

This is truly a good value for all 3 of these. I took the bigger wooden one to work with me and have it at my desk. Not only does it help my feet but it also satisfies my fidgeting. Very easy to use and would be a nice gift.
