You’ve seen the commercials. I used this to fill the 3/4” to 1.5” cracks in my asphalt driveway. I’ve used the Black Flex Seal Liquid for as long as ten years to fill the cracks. I never had any fail. I live in a harsh winter area. It’s expensive and you have to come up with your own system as to how to apply. I transfer from the big container to a Pyrex 16oz measuring cup.

I've had a leaky balcony issue for a long time that leaked through to my kitchen ceiling. I used a little can of flex seal for the bad spots and it worked so well that I bought the bigger container and did my entire balcony myself. Didn't leak through all of those bad rain storms we've had lately. This stuff is freaking amazing!!!!!
