A pliers-like tool for filling balloons with objects before inflating them. You can throw confetti or toys into a balloon before inflating the balloon for a surprise when it's popped. My daughter loves to fill ballons with different things. She likes using the balloons as stress balls by filling them with rice, slime, or other items and this has made it so much simpler to do that. She can do it all herself instead of someone having to try and open the balloon while she attempts to stuff into the balloon. For this price, it's worth it to forego the frustration of attempting to stuff the balloons by hand.
