You can never go wrong with this
I bought this for my master bedroom which is quite big and ideally a 2 ton model would have been the preferred choice but it was out of my budget and considering the electricity bill of bigger size AC I was determined to get only the 1.5 ton which works for most of the house holds but it was a risk in my case but based on the AC reviews by Vineet Malhotra on YT (VM_ONE Insta handle) I found this AC checking all the boxes for my basic requirements:- should be reliable brand with proven record of after sales services and no hassle of getting spare parts- should be under the budget of 50k including stabilizer and installation charges- should be a 5 star 2023 model- should be a smart AC- should have good cooling (its subjective, what is good for me may not be enough for others) but should not consume much electricity- should have copper wiring- The remote should have backlightPros: Apart from above pointer I took my time and tested the AC performance for more than 2 months and now coming here to share my point of view as this is enough time to test out the AC in various modes or in most of the scenarios to see how well it holds up. I did not wanted it to be one of those 2 week review which does not gives the whole picture.-The deliver with Prime was quick and it was delivered next day and the installation also happened the same day.- The AC is silent and even on full fan speed it does not let you know that it is running. The only time it started making noise when I accidentally pressed some buttons unknowingly and I was not sure what had happened and I had to restart it and change temperature and it returned to normal working. If someone knows what may have went wrong then do let me know.- The AC has auto mode and sleep mode so you can choose the desired mode as per your requirement and it also offers converti7 mode with various combo to chill your room as per your requirement but be mindful the energy consumption will be according to the mode you have selected. More details are provided in the manual. Considering my big room size it never lets me feel that it is still a 1.5 ton AC thanks to its actual capacity of 1.4 ton which lets you push max cooling in this size. Most companies claim 1.5 ton but actual cooling capacity can vary from 1.2 ton to 1.3 ton most of the time. So for this AC it was more in this category compared to any other brand.-The MirAle smart app works without issues and most of the time I just use my iPhone14 to control the functions of AC and it works as advertised.- It is very low power consuming even on daily use basis which is a blessing. After 2 months usage my electricity bill was just little under 5900 and usually per month we were spending 2k-2.5k on an avg. So it only added around 4k max in my electricity bill and probably I will have another bill to play in this current season so for me it seems pretty ok compared to my previous cheap AC from Whirlpool which was giving me headache in terms of electricity bills even when we were not using it that much.- The AC does have an option to turn off the AC panel backlight so it helps while sleeping if someone is used to sleep in pitch dark else. Also the LED is bright enough to keep your room lit to be aware of your surroundings if someone prefers it that way. Many AC's can skip this useful trick to cut costs and it can be a nightmare to not have such an option.- The AC also has auto clean function but I have not tried it so far so will update in case I have any new findings of this feature.Cons: There are not many cons but few things to share with you:- The AC outlet pipe have to be purchased separately which is true however I had to ask the technician to visit again as in the zero day install they did not asked me if I have such accessory or they need to bring it and due to lack of communication (I was in Hospital completing discharge formalities since my son had to go through a surgery and was not in the mindset to think about it sooner when installation guy came to install it) so the customer service team or local dealer/techitian should have advised the same to me as a result I did not operated the AC for a week till this pipe got installed. A cheap accessory that does not let create any mess while AC is running but it should have been addressed quickly or promptly by customer support.- The clear button is also used to turn on/off the AC panel backlight but on the first day of usage it only worked once and then due to some fault in remote it stopped working. For a new AC remote to fail so suddenly only suggests that Panasonic needs to improve the quality of remote. Not that bad but still such a good AC should have an equally matching remote too. The replacement was done promptly though so I was happy with that.- The customer support have indeed improved from Panasonic but it still needs to work on small things and I had to call 2-3 times to get a technician visit with the local service center. Some mistake on my part as the local service guys did not stated that I need to always log complaint on the 1800 toll free number then only complaint will be handled by local service center. Silly of me to think that direct call can be logged but it would have been nice if the technician visiting the site for first time to install have informed me about the same.- The AC remote has lots of mode but I felt the auto mode is not the best may be my room size is big but I found the Cool mode to be working best always. I did not had to use any other fancy modes like converti7 or powerful etc.- The AC remote backlight is not always on it only comes on when you press any button but in dark room you can only the temperature button glowing but if you have to check what mode AC is on and what is the fan speed or swing direction you have to either use your mobile torch or the room LED bulb to actually see the information if you do not like pressing the wrong button. There should be a dedicated button to keep backlight on for more than few seconds. The alternate is to use the smartphone app but not everyone wish to open the smartphone when lying in bed just to look at AC status on remote or if they want to decrease just the fan speed if the air blowing speed is bit uncomfortable. Conclusion: Overall it is a very solid AC in 45k budget (5-6k Stabilizer + 1500 aprox. install charges + 150 bucks for the AC water outlet pipe are additional expenses for me) and I am happy with this purchase. I am planning to buy another one despite small issues with customer service but it was part my shortcoming as well and if someone is considering to purchase a smart AC in this budget then you should definitely give it a try.

Good Product but Bad Delivery.
The Product in itself is Good get the job done.. No complaints regarding the cooling and all.. But i do have complaints regarding the delivery person. He charged me money to bring the AC from the Delivery Truck to the my room in 1st floor.. the excuse made was since my room is in 1st floor, They charged me.. Rest installation and all was fine costed me almost extra 12k which will vary from person to person..for copper wires and etc.. If you are in Guwahati and you are Unfortunate enough you may face the delivery person who will try to get more money from you. But product is good.. i couldn't test the smart features so no comments on that...👍

Good Choice
I purchased the Panasonic 1.5-ton AC for my bedroom, and overall, I’m satisfied with its performance. Cooling is quick and effective, making the room comfortable even in peak summer. It also offers smart features, which are convenient, though not as advanced as some higher-end models. For the price, it’s a good value buy. The only drawback I’ve noticed is that water tends to come out if the unit hasn’t been used for a long time. Apart from that, it has been a reliable and efficient choice.

Pathatic & cheat Installation team of Panasonic
Go through the mail now you can understand how PANASONIC poor in installation & after sales servicePainasonic ConcernThrough this mail or words I want to inform you about the sad and deceptive service of Panasonic Split AC. I placed order of Panasonic 1.5 ton 5 star AC on 25th May which was delivered to me on 27th May and on 28th installation team came in the evening between 5pm to 6pm.There were 2 boys from installation team one was wearing Panasonic T-shirt and other was in casual look.I told them the place to install AC which was only less than 9 feet above for outdoor and provided ladder and things for help. But your boys without making any efforts convinced us to wrong place for outdoor. After that vacuum was run for only 1 minute and gas leakage test and water test were not done.On the contrary arbitrary charges were taken from me without giving any bill. Whose recording is with me. The work which could have been done in half the price they did it at more than double the price. Both these boys seemed untrained or with weak skills. And they even forcibly asked me for OTP of Happy Service. He tried to see OTP in my mobile many times and he also told his senior on phone that he is unable to get OTP, his senior said on phone that check OTP from customer's phone and fill it. When I refused to give it, he asked me many times why are you not giving it. When I am not satisfied with their service, why would I give it.I bought Panasonic AC with a lot of expectations but bad installation, arbitrary charges and team of untrained people gave me a wrong view about Panasonic. They refused to do many things which were basic. They charged 5215 Rs for work which should have been done for 2500 or so. There was water leakage from the outdoor near the gas connection, they did not solve that either. Vacuum was done incompletely. I have all kinds of recordings.Details of my AC are attached in this mail.I request you to study my case and take appropriate action against Panasonic installation team and punish such staff and refund the wrong charges taken from me and check the proper installation of my AC.An unhappy customer
