I am short (5' 2") with a short torso. This type of top works for me because even with its shorter length, it hits perfectly at my waist, without showing my tummy (not that it needs hiding ;-)).The fabric is not stiff like an Oxford shirt, but not too thin as to indicate poor quality. It sits right between those two types of fabrics. I absolutely love it and have the perfect pair of jeans with which I am going to wear the top. I am also about to go by another in white and one in black. If you're wondering whether to purchase, I think that's all you need to know :-).

This top looks great. It fits as expected. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it wrinkles to easy.

I would not consider this shirt cropped as it hits at the waistline of high waisted pants or shorts. Color is as pictured, it's true size and is a great year-round piece. The fabric is nice and soft and feels like a true cotton. And feels like a true cotton.

All you need is this, a skirt or jeans, and nice heels and you can go anywhere! I love the fit and fabric, and the color black goes with most that you will have in your closet. I also like that the fit is not too slim.

Wore this out on top of one of my lace tops - To me, it completed my outfit. The material is soft and smooth, and it offers the crop style so it's not too business-y but can certainly be worn with some high-waisted pleated pants.

I am quite busty, so I typically avoid blouses with breast pockets because they seem to stick out in odd ways when I wear them. This blouse happens to have a fake breast pocket on the left breast side only. It doesn't stick out too bad, but since it's a fake pocket, I don't see why it was included in the design of this blouse. Other then the odd fake pocket, the design, the fabric, and the cut of this blouse reflects a well made garment.I chose the color "blue" in this blouse. The actual color is a light blue. The fabric has a very nice feel. I do believe that the fabric has a slight stretch to it, but only a slight stretch, if at all.The blouse buttons all the way down the front of the blouse. Other than the top button at the collar, the other buttons doen the front are hidden behind a flap, so I get a very smooth, nice look in the front of the blouse. Since this blouse has hidden buttons down the front, it has the look of a more expensive piece of clothing. Because of this, the blouse will look just as good with a nice skirt or a nice pair of slacks. Or, you could wear the blouse with nice jeans for a nicely put together but more casual look.The blouse has a collar and cuffs that are the exact same color as the rest of the blouse.The cuffs are approximately 3 1/4" long, with a 2 button closure on each cuff. The blouse looks just as good with the cuffs buttoned as it does with the cuffs rolled up once so the cuff still shows.I chose a size large in this blouse, which is the size I usually wear. The blouse fits perfectly.I have a short torso, so the bottom edge of the blouse hits me pretty much mid-hip. On me, it is a bit long to actually be called a "cropped" blouse, but not long enough to tuck in to slacks. jeans or a skirt.The blouse arrived very wrinkled, so it was necessary for me to steam the blouse before I could wear it out. I believe that it could also be ironed if you use a cooler setting on your iron.Attached to the side seam on the inside of the blouse is a tag with the washing instructions. The instructions are only written in symbols.

You can wear this top open or buttoned up. The quality is nice. It's a great piece that dresses up an outfit. You can wear it like a thin jacket over something sleeveless or it works as a professional button-down. The length isn't too cropped and it isn't too boxy. I will get a ton of use out of this, especially in black. I highly recommend it.
